Anime genetics is weird. Usually the child looks exactly like one parent, and nothing like the other.

Yeah, and then in some cases, the childen look like neither. The anime world is strange indeed.

Yeah, we get some weird cases with that. Like, their parents look normal, but then their kid has like, pink ******** hair and it's weird.

I wonder why animators do that? Can't the kids just normal or something? But I guess they do that if the main character is special.

I think it's just to differentiate them from the minor/unimportant characters.

Yeah, the theories going around that I read are that the Quincies that attacked soul society also attacked and killed Masaki or that Aizen decided to try using her in some experiment that involved Grand Fisher (the hallow that supposedly killed her) and that's what killed her, not the hallow.
I thought it was funny that Isshin yelled at Masaki for her behavior when she was naked as they confronted the hallow inside her.

Would the Quincies have killed her because she fell in love and had children with a Shinigami? It seems unlikely they'd kill one of their own without good reason.

It's quite possible. I mean, I wouldn't put it pass the Qunicies to kill their own kind if they wanted to try and keep their bloodlines as pure as possible. Masaki had one of the few purer bloodlines and that's what Ryuuken's mom was saying.
Yes, and she was yelled at by a Shinigami. So we know Ichigo's not like his mother when it comes to having improper behavior in the nude. XD

OMG, Ishida went to the evil quincy side! As someone wrote, Ishida pulled a Sasuke. I bet he's gonna kill Bach for killing his mom. And I'm kinda looking forward to seeing if Ichigo learns quincy powers now.
Oh yeah, especially around women. XD

He does, actually. He should that outfit more often.
I can't wait either. I wonder if Uryuu and Ichigo will actually fight in this arc.... that would be a good fight, especially if Ichigo learns quincy moves and surprises the hell out of all the quincies.
