I cant deal one katon justu defeat wind jutsu that's a basic if I auto hit with the wind tornado so did you cause you didn't give her a chance to respond. I did there is plenty of options for you to choose from any a rank suiton substitution. Redirect the explosion with a stong enough fuuton you have plenty of options to choose from

Drop a tornado going the opposite direction the two being the same rank will cancel out. Then you can simply substitute with any of the hundreds of boulders that are littered though the area from the uhv attack. Very simple and cost effective.

Especially for the fact that thanks to your character the hospital is screwed.
