Question, I need a good name for a zanpukto (can't spell it) That is in the shape of a scythe and it's spirit is a large buterfly.

I need the butterfly in the name, and reaper suits it, it suits my character really well, she's not girls I dot wanna flower as a name.

Perhaps Reaping Orchid or FUS RO DAH! I was so tempted to make a Dragonborn shinigami/character, but I held back for the sake of originality. Still, the sight of a Nord-ish shinigami with the ability to speak the Dragon Tongue amuses me. Name: Fjord Hakamura Nickname: Dragonborn/Dovahkiin Motto: FUS RO DAH! Oh, the hilarity that would ensue...

I only ask because I've been a member of this guild for all of five minutes (okay, a bit longer), and beyond this very stimulating conversation about tits and Victoria's Secret Angels, I haven't contributed much. This isn't to say that I wouldn't contribute in the future, but I wanted to ask and make sure it was a "kosher" thing to do, as it were. Wouldn't want to make the powers that be angry 3nodding Yeah it's fine. Just go ahead and apply. lol
My character doesn't have shikai, yet, but in my rp sample, could I write it as if she did, in fact, have it?

Write your sample any way you'd like. There's no problem if you write as if she has Shikai or not. We're looking at skill and not so much at what the character has or doesn't power wise in the sample.

And grants you superhuman abilities and the capacity to turn your will into words of force and project them onto others. Oh, and if anyone has a dragon-type zanpaku-to you pretty much are guaranteed a win.
