Kazuki stared at the ice and pivoted to the side and kicked the iceberg, breaking off a large chunk of it and catching it in his hand then running at Yura with the ice in his hand like a knife

He seemingly casually crouched down beneath the spear, having the ice shoot above him, he hit her in the stomach with his open palm, before sidestepping around her and sweeping her foot out

He laughs nervously, but still has some confidence in his voice. He too thought today was going to be unproductive, but soon found a partner that seemed to be the understanding type. It was truly a plus for the day.



"What weapon am I? Well I may not sound like much, but I'm a protector type weapon. I'm a shield. I'm sure that doesn't sound so glamorous, but trust that I am a weapon that won't allow any harm on others. It's just the kinda guy I am!"

"A shield? Unusual but sounds pretty awesome." Tomas said with a smile. Tomas was always one for difference. "So, Kamen, Are you only for defense or can you be used for offense as well? you know, in case the matter arises." Tomas didn't want to seem like he was asking to many questions he just want to know Kamen better. After all he was going to be working with the guy from now on. So many questions to ask, so many answers waiting to be heard. Had he found another friend besides Cinna?

He smiles as he feels more confident of himself. He felt being a shield and not some fancy weapon would scare people away, but instead it seems to intrigue his new partner. He keeps his right arm flexed as he speaks.

"Of course! I am a weapon after all! Though I'm mainly used as a defense, my edging is as sharp as any other blade would. I just hope you'll be fine with using your entire forearm as a weapon." He laughs, knowing how many people have found it uncomfortable when wielding him.

Looking back at the buffet behind Thomas, he chuckles from seeing how desperate he was for it. Trying not to show his laughter, he shrugs from the thought of eating.

"Sure. I don't see why not. That way we can learn more about each other." Laughing a bit from a thought, he decides to just say it. "..Though it isn't much, eating habits tell a lot about a person. So let's learn more about each other, partner!" He begins to pass Thomas to get some food for himself; he was pretty hungry himself.

Grabbing a tray as Thomas does, he loads it with tons of American food such as fries with burgers; fitting on his tray some chicken strips before sitting down at a table with Thomas. Watching him carefully as he eats, he laughs abit before putting a burger in his mouth; holding it tightly with his teeth as he spoke.

"Ha ha..well...think of it like this." Taking a bite of the burger, he places it down. Speaking now with an empty mouth. "When someone is depressed, doesn't that normally mean they lose their appetite? Or someone that is normally hyper. Normally I see them eating tons of sugary foods." He places a fry between his teeth.

"So how I see it, what you eat is what you are! Or..." He scratches the back of his head in embarressment. He wasn't very good with "Old sayings". "..how ever it's said. You know."

Looking down at Thomas' food, he scratches the top of his head while in thought. This was a good question. With so much food, it wasn't easy to see what he preferred in food or even taste. But he'll see what he can do.

"..hmmm...well for one." He places a finger on his chin to make it seem as if he is thinking intensely. "..it's not what your eatting, it's how your eatting it. Seems like you need lots of energy, hence why you eat so much. But you eat it so slowly. Either meaning your polite or just conserved. Can't quite tell."



He shrugs. "So other then you being hungry, that's all that I can tell." He laughs, beginning to eat his food again.
