Tora grunted and pulled back her head, clearly this girl wanted a fight. Even though her mother had told her countless times not to play with her food, what could this one time hirt? after all the girl was half dead already!

She got off the girls back and began to circle her. If Takara was a lycan in this pack she would know that she was being chalenged to the death, but she wasent so for her it was a last request being granted, more or less. Tora cirlcled Takara and waited for her to get ready, as some of the pack began to sniff at the boy in the makeshift strecher or even take small bites, just to see what he tasted like. (( Its really hard not to be a shoe elf there!!! xp ))

"come on..."
Tora told the girl in a threatening manner as she waited for her to get ready.

As soon as the lycan released her neck, Takara quickly turned around drawing her sword and stood there eyeing the lycan. Noticing that she was circling her, she knew that she was being challenge but she also knew that she wasnt able to match her, for her wounds had slowed her down completely.

"do you really think you can match me?"
She asked in a taunting voice as her circles got smaller and smaller. The lycans behind her laughed at the girl and her attempts to thwart the Elder.
"come on... I promice it won't hirt that much, a broken neck is relitively painless"
She said, taunting her even more.

((Actually, a bo is a 6-foot long wooden staff wielded with two hands as a blunt weapon. It can also be called a quarterstaff.))

Kouchi stood his ground, not flinching at their attempts to frighten him. He continued to follow them with his eyes, making sure none of them could get around him.
This isn't looking good...

Kouchi backed up until his back touched Takara's. His bo was up and ready to strike any lycan that came too close.
"We can't take them all down..." he whispered to her.
Maybe now is a good time to tell her how I feel...though it seems as though it will do little good now..
"Takara...I..."

Suddenly, a gust of wind picked up right beside them. Kouchi barely had time to blink before a furry hand gripped his and Takara's shoulders. "Need a lift?"
In another gust of wind, the figure transported Kouchi and Takara away from the snapping jaws of the lycans.

Still watching in the trees Chan saw everything, then senceing that they left the island. "Well i guess im not that important," Chan then walked out of hiding and telaported to the city to get the children. Chan then used his mind to speak to Takara while telaporting,"Stay in the forest i will go to the city and get the children."

It had been weeks since the battle had gone on and those who had been killed where now burried or burned, as well as everyone who could be saved was getting better. The pack was regaining power over the isles again. the Humans of the isles feared them once more as Tora thaught was rightfuly so, and most of the lycans liked the shift in power as well.

For the moment the she-wolf Tora was removeing a bandage from a soldier who had been struck a blow to the chest not strong enough to break anything but still enough to leave a giant bruse that was now healed.
"Now is the time to be truely grateful for a lycan's quick recoverys."
He told Tora with a grateful smile as he put on the light armor for the first time in weeks. She nodded in responce as she tossed asside the bandages and stood up.

"I think, the time is nearing for a revolution...We should help our pack brothers on the mainland earn their freedom too, by claiming a chunk of land for our own. we can not house them all on these small isles..."
She thaught, washing her great paws in a basin of watter with a thaughtful look on her face. This was going to be an interesting time to come with Tora on the throne. The other Lycan looked at the elder with a concerned face as he left her washing her hands over the basin of watter.
