Raven watched as the group of student's she'd been following seemed to split up and head on to different paths - likely because they couldn't agree on just which one to enter though she hadn't gotten close enough to their discussions to really know for sure..of course that left her with bit of a dilemma..and with a shrug she just chose one random group and followed along.

Night could smell something on the wind, a certain smell that he recognized and harbored for a certain friend who hated him. Mmm Tybalt. Here comes Night!

At last, Deacon came to the end of the pine forest. About damn time, too. He was glad he hadn't had any more run-ins with insane and happy trees. Though, the fact he'd fallen behind again didn't please him.
He had to pause for a moment and sniff the air, trying to locate any of the group he'd previously found over the smell of this strange forest. At last, he seemed to settle on what he believed to be the 'right' direction and continued on through the snow.

It was dumb luck that Calder found footsteps at last, and brushing off snow from his shoulders, the upset kelpie started to follow. He was no bloodhound and certainly no polar bear. The cold weather bothered him. There was cold weather where he lived - the type of cold, chilling rain that made the rivers brisk, but his people were bog people. Swamps, murky waters, and some crisp rivers. Cold weather was not a kelpie's friend.
Following, he met three paths and breathed out. Okay. So he had options, but at least they were paths and that meant someone had to take a route there. He'd meet someone at some point. Walking in the woods alone was really bothering him.
With that, he Minney-Moed it and headed down the trail.
