I THINK I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the killer is: chattercop
the killers motive: he killed LMF so he could solve the mystery and redeem himself in the mods eyes.
and the method the killer used to kill LMF: he tazed fortune on her neck which would cause the markings and explain how "it" hit her over and over and over(the electric surges.) it would also explain how she couldn't breathe, blink, or scream.

I find it hell, having to go through there every time I want to go in or out of my office... gonk Fortunatly the Classy Lounge is a nice place to hang out. You're right! It WOULD be annoying. It's a long shot, but do you think that maybe it was something as stupid as Mizu being stupidly jelous of havin' to walk through a messy office all the time... were they in some kind of fight... or was mizu a neat freak maybe? UGH! idk its all i gots DX<

Um... how would a tazer explain the lack of blood? She's got two holes in her neck, and a lot of blood goes through the neck.

Barring the possibility of sound-proof walls, the offices are close enough together that most probably someone would have been around to hear a scream.

I believe the victim needs a heart condition in order for the tazer to kill. It essentially causes a heart attack.
