What the other said was right about muscles. Of course it was all about how the body repaired itself. Then when they were just stronger than before. Suzume nodded her head in agreement, guessing that Kein really knew how to be a teacher. "Alright, if that's all it takes." Now this was the sort of training that she would like more, it meant she could actually move and do something. She may as well practice the moves she already knew from Shigure Soen. Speaking of which, she made a mental note to practice the new attacks added to it.

Standing up, she moved over to a space in the temple and drew her sword. Simple techniques that used chakra would do, no reason to show Kein anything complex since they would have a sparring match one day. Focusing her chakra, Suzume brought her blade up and a burst of wind chakra came from her blade. Of course this would serve as a distraction while she moved out of the way.

Lowering her sword, Suzume focused her chakra again and brought the blade up. This time water chakra burst forth that would serve as a distraction. There was a new, third technique from the first stage of Shigure Soen she still had to learn. She had no idea why the style was revised but could only guess the previous scroll with the lessons had been incomplete or it was just time to update the style. "By the way... we still have to set a date for our rematch. Is there any time in particular that you would like for it to happen?" If he wanted it in a couple of days then that would suit Suzume just fine. There was merely a few techniques she would have to quickly learn before then.

Contemplating her next move, she decided that the a trip from stage three would work. Nothing too complex and something that would not matter if it was hidden or not. Turning her blade, she was holding it so that the blade itself ran parallel with her forearm. Wind chakra formed around the blade and by whirling the blade, she created a shield of wind chakra that would block most attacks. Something was nagging at her mind though and before she tried the attack again, Suzume spoke up "By the way... how is your wife and child?" She had not really heard from the other shinobi in Cloud in awhile.

With one final whirl, this time water chakra covering the blade, Suzume created a chakra shield of water. Everything seemed to be working fine and the red head had found nothing wrong with her chakra. Then again, bukijutsu was always her strong point and what she used the most. Plus having not done any serious fighting recently, she doubted that her body would be performing less than perfectly for any reason. "There. I think that about covers it." said Suzume, sheathing her blade and looking towards Kein. He had said before there was just a bit more left so she was assuming that the chakra training was done for the day.

Yuu would try and relax since she'd made her rounds with her chakra training, though she'd decided to further her training with one more practice of control while learning another ninjutsu technique. Though she'd take it upon herself to learn this technique for herself she'd Practically the simplest of Kanton Jutsu she could learn, "Ichi"

Yuu would simply start as normal with her focusing her chakra trough out her body, but this technique being as simple as it was would only require her to focus her power to the tip of her index finger. It would call a flame to burn. Small and simplistic it had uses when it came to probably burning your way out of rope binds. Further Yuugao had far more useful purposes for the simplistic flame.[1/2]

I coordination with Asagao she'd be able to set a blaze a wave of flames at her enemies with a flammable mist technique She was about to direct Asagao trough. Looking over to Asa who'd had just as serious as an expression as her the two would further complete this dueled training session of practicing chakra control. It was simple enough to get trough since her technique was the bare minimum of focus needed to complete. Also her prior training had put her in a bit of a better length of skill than prior to it. Yuugao would look over to Asagao as he'd come over to her and stand in front of her raising his brow as to ask her, " So what now?". Yuu would smirk with a tilted glance at him as to unnerve her partners level headed personality a little. this practice of teasing Asa had grown to be one of her favorite little joys in life. So now was no different even while they were refining the skills they'd need to become worth wild Ninja. [1/4]

Asa as if with out command would move about Yuugao as she'd instruct him trough the training. She'd retained the scroll from earlier in the day and this spot being one of her favorites had always made sens for her to come her and train. Even with the length of difficulty it still had over training under the eyes of the numerous genin and chunin and whatever jounin were accounted for in the academy and dojo's Yuu's favorite place was here. Yuugao would first show Asa the hand signs he'd need to perform and in what little ability she really had to communicate to him how to move his chakra about other than their normal skin-ship. It wasn't long before Asa had gotten down the hand signs and he'd take in a deep breath. In the next instance releasing and mist of gas from his mouth. Yuu would jump aside as she'd light her finger with the simple flame of the Ichi technique. [3/4]

In the next instance the flame would combust. A bursting blast of fire would was over the air where Yuu was just previously standing before Asagao and came around to pivot about the blast area. With a slight smirk on her face and the glint of the flames in her eyes Yuu would stand as the flames would subside and pet Asa as tap his foot a few time and rub behind his ear because of the sound the flames made. he'd been trained prior to not be afraid of fire and rather be quite comfortable in the presence of flames, but he still at his rookie training had some nervous quirks when it came to flames.[4/4]

As for the wife and kid well when I saw them this morning they were both fine and happy as can be." Now that he thought about it becoming a father changed him. He took fewer chances now that he had people depending on him.

Sukai nodded to Kein disregarding the dogs comment. She walked a few paces away and stood in place closing her eyes. The medic then began to regulate her breathing and clam down her body.

Sukai then began to think about her chakra network and all of her chakra flowing through it. She then began to make the necessary hand signs. Her mind staying focused on her own self even when Kein lost his own control. I have to make sure to stay under control at all times.

The medic then focused on building up her chakra. She could feel it build til the point of were it was almost required that she used it then toke more deep breaths. Opening her eyes she didn't look around not wanting to get distracted only to close them once more.

Taking more deep breaths Sukai then stopped using her chakra to build up inside of her. For a few moments it toke it a while to start settling back down. Inside she felt warm, it might have been mediating but it felt as though it was a chakra workout in a way.

Sukai toke a deep breath in and out once more opening her eyes for the last time. Lowering her hands she could feel her chakra network and pool getting larger. I have a full feeling to me. . but it feels good.

Honestly she had nothing planned although at first she was wary of having a spar. She had not yet learned the required techniques she would need to defeat Kein and his sharingan. She still remembered the last time they fought and he had used it. Although hearing that he would not use it at all put the red head more at ease. "That's perfectly acceptable, Kein. And it is good to hear your wife and child are doing well." The thought of having a family seemed pleasant although Suzume did not feel she was ready to try and have a baby just yet. She was not even twenty yet and there was still so much she wanted to do before making a nine month commitment. "Would you prefer to spar here in the temple? Outside? Or elsewhere?"

Kein chuckled and said,"Thank you. Ummm how about the dojo. This place is rather peaceful and I would rather not wreck it if we could? I also have one last request. There are wooden swords in the dojo, should we not use those. I don't know about you but I rather not be cut into pieces. " With that he bowed to Sukai and formed a single handsign and disappeared in a cloud of smoke.

That seemed reasonable enough although Kein really should not have worried. Suzume had excellent control when it came to the sword. Yet if it would put the Uchiha more at ease then wooden swords would work just fine. Watching him disappear, she nodded to Sukai before motioning to Cloud. The dog followed her out of the temple and back into town as they ran towards the dojo.

Bounetsu no Jutsu [ Flame-Resistance Technique ]

Yuugao wasn't so sure of her fire chakra nature but she was sure she'd train to improve her resistance. This next Jutsu wasn't really so much of a jutsu rather than her own built up resistance toward her fire chakra. It would take her some slight practice of getting used to the flame to improve her tolerance at various levels.[1/4]

So Yuu would start simple by flicking the lame of her "Ichi" technique off and on. IT was simple but she'd tried to let herself get more familiar withe heat of the flame. Trying to see if she could put more "gas" by hind the single flame. At first it was clearly bothering her some, but as time wore on it became easier to bare. [2/4]

Looking over to Asagao Yuu would call for his help in his release once more int he flammable mist. Using the Ichi she'd ignite the mist and allow herself to walk into the flames ever so slightly to test her endurance to an attack she'd generated. The end result proved in her favor as the heat didn't effect her strongly. Yet there was still slight burn on her clothes and skin even after her practice. [3/4]

Sighing and patting out the embers that lingered on her before they could take a full breath to grow into full fledged flames. Yuu would look over to Asa and say, " well I guess we'll have to build your resistance further as we can and when we can. I guess I'll make it so you learn things less harmful to you. You'll play the roll of fuel and I'l lignite your flames." It was an agreement between partners as Asagao in his silent way would agree with her. [4/4]

⇥ Yukiko had now arrived at the hidden oasis. The area was calm and uninhabited; she couldn't ask for much more. Her original intention was to begin a few small missions across the village, but she instead decided to do a little bit more training. She made her way out on to the water; using Suimen Hokou no Waza to stay a float. Once she was out far enough; she took a seat, hovering just above the waters below. Yukiko folded her legs before slowly closing her eyes and taking a deep breath. She formed a bird hand seal and slowly began to focus her chakra. [ BCT-M: 1 / 5 ] As she continued into a deeper form of meditation her aura lightly appeared around her; the wings of her aura weren't completely opened although the stray feathers still danced around her. She tried to clear herself of all of her thoughts; leaving her mind blank as she continued to focus. [ BCT-M: 2 / 5 ] Yukiko keep her eyes close as her body continued to float above the water. As the time pasted; he aura seemed to become more apparent; slightly becoming more detailed as more feathers formed by chakra began to gently float around her. [ BCT-M: 3 / 5 ] Her mind was now a blank slate and her chakra was at a perfect balance point. Her eyes still closed Yukiko slowly began to feel herself become one with the surround area. A small gust of wind blew in; moving her hair lightly, but it didn't bother her at this point she felt as if she was in a completely different world. [ BCT-M: 4 / 5 ] It had taken her awhile, but it finally happened; Yukiko had reached what she believe to be the perfect state of meditation. She could feel any and everything with the area of the temple; from the slightly movement of the trees to swaying of the water below her. [ BCT-M: 5 / 5 ] After a few minutes of perfect meditation; Yukiko stood up, breaking her prefect meditation. With her chakra now collected it was now time for her to expend a bit of her chakra. She quickly formed the needed hand seals then added her chakra. "Kage no Bunshin." two small clouds of smoke appeared to the left and right of Yukiko and out of the cloud stepped two identical clones. [ BCT-P: 1 / 3 ] She took a deep breath as she once again began to hand seals then added her chakra; the clones also followed her lead. "Kirigakure no Jutsu." As the jutsu was completed; the area was covered by a thick fog. Once the air was covered in a thick enough fog Yukiko and her clones then before to form a different set of hand seals before adding chakra. "Shunshin no Jutsu." Yukiko and her clones suddenly vanished from inside the fog then appeared outside; forming a triangle around the surrounded area. [ BCT-P: 2 / 3 ] Once they were in proper formation They formed yet again another set of hand seals once again adding there chakra. "Teikiatsu no Jutsu." Once cast a large blanket of low air pressure fell over the fog; had anything been inside of the fog at this time it would have fallen into a deep and almost instant slumber. Yukiko then released her jutsu before waiting for the mist to dissipate. [ BCT-P: 3 / 3 ]

Upon arriving to the temple Suki toke in a deep breath, last time she had set foot in this place she was Takeo's student. Though the Jounin himself vanished while she was away with Dai and Kein she still felt as though she would only have one true sensei, even though the man was. . . different, and aggressive in an odd fatherly way. Scanning the area she knew the landscape well. "I was here with Kein and Suzume last." The medic frowned at the thought. Back then I wasn't a cat sage. And I still had a hidden crush on Kein. For some odd reason the flashback of Eclipse and Kein in the Konoha hot springs came back to her mind. Did she tell him I wonder. . . not like it matters now, not like it ever mattered. He's always been with Fuyu and has the baby. Shaking her head laughing at her once stupidity. "I was a fool and a heart-struck academy child to even think of such things." Clutching her hands into fist she bit her lip down, knowing if she was stupid back then she was an idiot now for still having a sliver of attraction to the older man. Releasing her clenched fist Sukai began to make hand signs. "Summoning. . . . . wild cat. . . Chales." In a flurry of smoke a white and green lion appeared before Sukai. The woman looked the lion in the eyes, meeting his gaze boldly. Chales, the one cat in my pact that matches me purrrfectly. A healer and expert in Taijutsu. And one of the best trackers in the world. "Hello Chales. I need you to do something for me." The lion's eyes sparked looking at Sukai. "Greetings Sukai, . . .what is it? I was looking after the Yin and Yang." Sukai nodded to Chales reaching behind her grasping the fan Kein gave her, his and Dai's scents lingering on it. Speaking in a oddly serious tone for her soft and gentle voice Suki spoke. These people were important to her and she needed to know where they were. "I need you to track two scents for me Chales. A man and woman, last place sighted was the Raikage's office. Whereabouts now are unknown. But knowing them their not there anymore and are most likely together." The lion looked at her steadily. Telling by the looks of her expression this meant allot to her and was very important. Sighing Chales spoke. "Very well Sukai, give me the fan. I'll get the scents, by the air draft in this place I can smell them out in to time if they are within the village." Sukai nodded to him, knowing usually he wouldn't agree to such things, due to him not respecting the rank of Chuunin. But even the hard lion had his moments when she gave him her kitty-face~ <3 Steeping forward to him she held out the fan for him to sniff it and at lease point her in a direction so that she could have a peace at mind. I feel like a worried mother, but I'm younger than both of them. . . . I guess age doesn't matter more of the relation. Thinking of how weird it would have been to have a crush on someone you were mother-worrying over now made Sukai feel a bit weird. . . .and the fact that she was once engaged to the brother of the other person? Shaking the thoughts from her head she awaited Chales response. After sniffing the scents on the fan Chales opened how jaws revealing his scent glands taking in the scents from all around, the breeze picking up allowing him a wider range of smell.

Having followed Cloud all the way to the temple, they rushed up the steps and quickly found the healer. "Sukai!" she called, stopping a few feet away from the other. "The Raikage needs you to find Kein and Dai for her, it's very important, Dai's life is most likely in danger." How much she was to tell the other, she did not know. But she was sure that she had expressed through the tone of her voice, just how urgent this was.

Sukai turned to a red headed woman, one she had never directly talked to before. Oh, it's Suzume. As she spoke of Dai being in danger Sukai nodded. "I knew she'd do something stupid, . . . . Chales and I already have their smells tracked. There at the Ruins." Though everything in ciaos around her Sukai knew she needed to have a leveled head in it all. Or things would only get worse. Getting on the large lions back putting the fan Kein gave her on her back she leaned forward slightly, so Chales could run faster. What happened in the office? Bursting into a fast sprint for the Ruins.
