Oh, Mango, i like it i like it. He's soooo amazing. Actually, i can't really think of anything to add. So, accepted!
I don't see Randy gambling on the school... But, i guess he could. Like, he could see that Stephen needed a gambling buddy, thus he did just so he'd be happy. That's something Randy would do. So, yay for friendship!
well elleptic, you're in luck, cause i myself am a Vegetraian (i ever ever spell it right, ah well)
Vegitarians don't eat meat that killed an animal. A few eat fish, there's a special name for that. Most don't wear fur, but there are a few who are really noncalant about it and wear fur and leather cause they don't want to change their lifestyle (i have mean words those few). Some eat geletin (sp) just simply because they do not know its made from animal bones, that and its just in so many foods and makeup. I am a vegitarian, i don't eat fish, geletin, or meat. And, do not wear geletin (makeup) or fur.
Then there's vegan. They do not eat any animal bi-products (dairy and eggs). They do not eat fish, or any type of meat. They do not eat geletin. And, they do not wear fur. Typically, Vegans are stronger activist, and know far more about it than most vegitarians do. Therefore, they basicaly don't eat or wear anything that harms animals. I wanna be vegan, but with my mom shopping the w she does and my plans to become a missionary someday, i have to remain just vegitarian.
I think Bridgett is vegen, depends what i feed her for Breakfast. Lkewise with Ayden, i just can't remember if i fed them meat or not. :/ Randy isnt, i mean, he wears fur.

I'm going to go ahead and tell you all that life has not been very easy for me lately. It's not just school, but some personal stuff has come up that has really killed my writing mood. I'm also working on a research project - a geologic study of foraminifera, not a paper. That's going to eat up a lot of my time now...I promise to post when I can.

OH, you should buy the book "straight from your gay best friend" by Terrance Dean, and read ch. 19. I havn't read the whole book, but my friend Zac (who is gay) was flipping through it and saw that chapter. So, he read the chaper outloud, and he was around a bunch of girls. It was really funny cause our gay best friend was reading 'straight from your gay best friend'.
But anyways, it kinda sorta reminds me of Andy. except he's doing the opposite than the guys in the book and he's letting the world know.

Ooh! So simplified....Vegans are kinda like Vegetarians...just ULTRA Vegetarians! They don't use anything that has to do with products made from or by animals?
And...wait..wait. Gelatin is made from animal bones? I'll probably never enjoy a Jello cup again. Eeeewww.
My general disillusionment of Jello aside, thank you for telling me. I was truly curious about it. Though this conversation then brings up another question: If Vegans tend to avoid products that are made using animals or things by the animal. Then how are they able to keep up their energy up? I mean, there are certain things that the human body has to take in. And just a simple dependence on vitamin pills wouldn't take care of all of it....or I wouldn't think so.....

Oh yes, supplimenting! This is something all vegs have to know, otherwise they get really really sick. Being sick sucks, because their depriving their bodies of super important building blocks. Though, with a good talk with a doctor (well, ales one has a arogant one, they;ll try to talk someone out of it. which i find really screwed up) and research shows someone how to keep a balanced diet. I get my blood checked at every doctor's appointment to see if i'm all right.
The main thing needed is protein. Along with iron, and things of that nature. Luckily, its the 21st century and easy to fit those things. For instead, soy bean is a full protein. Rice has a lot of protein. Tofu has just as much protein as meat even! Calcium can be suplimented in soy milk, almond milk, and so much more. Theres also fake chese, and a type of fake eggs (don't ask me how its done or how it taste, i've only had soy and almond milk)
Iron can be supplimented too, i wanna say spinish, but i'm not postitive.
Theres also vitimines. Theres one thats specially designed for vegans i really really want, however its like $70. There are cheeper ones too.
Basicaly, as long as someone knows what they're doing and keep a good balanced diet they're healthy, even healthier than the adverage meat eater. Of course, a meat eater whose just as pickey is just as healthier as a good vegan. Theres a variety of foods one could eat as a vegan that taste delicious, it just takes a tad more looking and a tad more cooking. Nonetheless, i love food thats all vegan more than anything else.

How I Normally Look
One would say Vasilios is a "hunk". He is quite tall (roughly around 6'6") with jet black hair and emerald green eyes. He seems to get a lot of zits around his chin area for no reason, since he takes care of himself. He works out every day and plays basketball every night.
He normally wears t-shirts and jeans. He was known to wear an over shirt, up until he turned sixteen, then for some reason he dumped that style of shirts and stuck with simple t-shirts; no designs or anything. His shirts are tight, showing off his abs and his arms. Normally, his shirts are all black and his jeans are blue, but he does vary it up on occasion. Under his shirt is a tattoo on his left shoulder, which is a tribal sun.
James has muscles, but he's not like a body builder. Upon further investigation, one would be able to say that he takes pride in his abs and his arms by his fashion sense. He has a perfect six pack and his biceps are quite large. However, he is quite clumsy with his legs; he once tried to join track and tripped over every hurdle. He has size 16 feet, which makes it hard for him to do anything he would like to do.
Vasilios
Fairytale Appearance
Vasilios has no idea that he has another side, but he does change slightly. His eyes change to a yellow-orange color and his hair turns gray, like the color of a Gray Wolf's fur. His zits seem to disappear from his chin and reappear on his forehead.
His style really doesn't change much, instead his fairy tale form doesn't like to wear a shirt. He wears black jeans and that's it, besides his Nike shoes.
Instead of being a klutz, his fairy tale form is quite graceful; he can run fast and long, without tripping at all. The one negative thing is his arm strength goes away, not being nearly as tough as he normally is. He also gains a little bit of weight around his mid-riff area, and the tattoo Vasilios normally has is gone, replaced with a sun like scar on that shoulder.

How I am
Vasilios has different sides, like most everyone does. His normal side is really kind and smiles a lot. Does he like girls? Absolutely! He constantly hits on girls, but he would rather wait to find the right girl to call his girlfriend. He was raised old fashioned and treats all girls with the same amount of respect. Around most girls, he's quite shy and is scared to ask them out, but he knows that he'll find the right girl. He's the first one to crack a joke with his friends and also stands up for them when the time is right.
However, his serious side comes out whenever he works out or is doing something he is passionate about. He doesn't take no for an answer and will do anything to win at whatever he's doing. His joking side completely disappears, ignoring all distractions, even his friends.
How I came to be
Vasilios was born on the Cherokee reservation in Oklahoma to a Native woman and a Greek man. The two divorced shortly after, leaving him to a young woman who had no clue what she was doing. His grandmother took care of him essentially instead of his mother, teaching him how to live off the land, just in case.
He attended two years of normal high school and after being the star on the basketball team, he dropped out for reasons he likes to keep to himself. He lived with his Greek father in Athens for a while, then came back to attend a new school and start a new life.
Once he came back, he received a letter in the mail, saying there was a school for him, paying for his education and his housing. With a smile on his face, he accepted and fell in love with the campus. He just wants to find a niche to fit in to.

Okay Kixna! Thanks for applying and we certainly appreciate you posting even with college going on. I completely understand what you mean.
Buuut I'm still going to have suggestions for you. The biggest thing I noticed was that the picture wasn't in the upper corner and was instead posted under How I Normally Look. Is that because you can't copy that picture's URL and post it in the designated spot or was it for another reason? It's not bad, I have trouble with my chara's picture (I thought it was nonexistant but people said it was there)...so maybe I'm the one with the weird computer.
Kudos on having a name that doesn't start with A, B, R, or S. But as for him, I am a bit more confused. What exactly do you mean by "different side?" Does he have Dissociative Personality Disorder (more commonly known as Multiple Personality Disorder)? If he does, what's his reason for it? If he doesn't, then why the need to alter his personality? Also, why did the Academy choose him? What makes him like the role that the Academy wants him to play? Excuse me, but this person seems a bit bland. Spice it up a bit (details never hurt). What enrages him? What makes him sad? How did living on a reservation and then moving to Athens affect him? I'm guessing he wasn't close to his parents...why? Did they not care for him or were they too busy? Did the strain come from his end/does he even want to try and be a family with them? Why basketball? Was it the friendships he built or was it because he enjoyed being a star?
You don't have to answer all, but quite a few questions I asked should be answered in the profile. I'm sorry if this in any way hurt you.

To add on what Isa stated, The link to the picture doesn't even match the description you have of Vasilios. The guy in the picture has reddish brown hair, not black, and the green of the eyes is more of a light greenish-grey.
And I'll have to read the fairytale...for I'm just confused about that whole part...but I'm sure if I go read it, it will make sense.
Other than that, I agree with Isa...
And, we only seem harsh because we want you in here that badly! Honest! sweatdrop

if you thought they were harsh, you're going to think i'm a b***h...
Did you even try? One paragraph that tells up virtually nothing about his former life isn't gonna cut it. Not to mention, he has no personality. You fit the basics of a very bland very adverage and very underdeveloped teenage boy. Plus, you put the wrong name in the apperance.
The picture is REQUIRED on the side. end of story.
Now, i'm going to stop being jerk and now be helper. Tell me about his mother and him, they don't talk, why. How was it in Greece, how was his life? What about the reservation? Why was he in the reservation. Also, a kid whose native american and greek would not look like that picture. They would have dark hair, tan skin, and other features simiar. I would like the apperance to be changed to fit his parents.
Also, the fairy tale completly disobeys the rule. You cannot use magic (excluding talesmans) to change his apperence. He would not lose his strength, his pimples would not shift, and all those things. He'd look exacly the same besides things he could do with makeup and other things.
Describe his fairytale outfit in depth, i want to imagine it.
We want the boy to be alive, he's not. He needs a story, development.
Now, back to harsh mod. I'm glad you put in your time to build a character, and i understand if you're too busy to put much effort into the profile. Yet, thats the problem, in the rules i clearly said i wanted amazing profiles, i wasnt lying, This shows your writing ablity, your character development and so much more. If you don't put effort into the profile, would you put effort into the post? I want you to go back and improve this DRASTICALLY. I want a developed, well put together profile, or you're just not cut for Ever After.
Thank you for your intrest though, and i hope that you'll come back with a more completed profile.

Shauna, i know i said i'll post tomorrow, but school got in my way again. My teacher assigned a essay for us to write. Its a big project that we've been working on for a while, and now we're writing it. Its a research essay, so its gonna take awhile. Then, i'm leaving at 2:30, therefore i just won't have time, and i'm going to church and doing the research part of the essay tonight.
I'll be back monday, and then i have another essay to focus on due wends ): But, when thats all done, i'll be posting. Ima try to work and get it done fast, cause i miss writing in here. Soon, i promise...
OH, and since i'm gone til monday, can y'all apporve the profiles that need to be done. Be as strict as I, and when i go through any new profiles, if they don't meet the cut and are accepted, ima frown.

eek Mango...you hit Roxy! I am amazed at Stephen's gall. Kudos to his bravery (at last someone who isn't a gentlemanly/wimpy enough to hit a girl!) and boo to his unrepentant attitude (though understandable). Also, I want to tell you I love your writing.
