Micah nodded, though she started to wonder why the smoke was still wafting around. Then again, this wasn't exactly the ground level so it'd probably take a little longer for it to clear. "That wasn't exactly....good." She said, the spider-legs folding back into her PAK. "...I told you the worms were a bad idea though." She said, trying to prove her point as she glanced at Zim.

Zim rolled his eyes and said, "Computer, clean up this...filth. I'm going to...go back upstairs." He slowly walked to his elevator and went up.

Micah watched as the smoke cleared easily, lifting her hands from her mouth. She looked at Zim, trying to determine if he were mad or not. But....It didn't seem like he was mad. More like sad. Or a combination of both actually. She kneeled down to see Skorn, giving him a stern look. "...Bad idea, huh?"
Skorn nodded. "Yep. Your worst too!" He said happily, smiling.
Micah sighed, grabbing Skorn in her arms as she went in the elevator as well. She walked over to Zim when she got to the ground level. "You sure you're okay?" She asked, a little worried.

Zim took in some deep breaths. Truth was, he was a bit disappointed at the result of his latest plan. It was mostly Skorn's fault. At the same time, he knows he'll try again with a new plan, just when he doesn't know. He replied to Micah, trying not to show his disappointment, "I'm fine, Micah."

Micah didn't believe Zim, but, she went with it anyway. "Okay...You know, you were pretty lucky back there. The way the worms had you, there was a real slim chance the blast would've missed you. Of course the blast wouldn't have killed you, but...." She said, trying to cheer him up somewhat.

"Yes, yes, yes, I get your point," Zim said interrupting her, trying to end the conversation.

Uela almost said no, but stopped herself. She DID need somewhere to hide out. She really didn't want to drag this girl into anything that wasn't necessary. "I need somewhere to stay. If you can help it, perhaps here would not be best." ((Aw, I was gone all day))

Ariel agreed on that, but at the same time, she knew the house would be nice to hide. It had been abandoned for a long time after all. Ariel didn't exactly live in the house. She then said to her friend, "Probably not, because I have issues that you don't want to deal with. But I don't know anyone else who can help you. I can't just leave you stranded in the streets. Most here in the town aren't very tolerant of robots, or aliens."
[It's okay.]

"Aliens?" She wasn't too familiar with the word. All she knew is that it was supposed to mean something foreign, or not of this world.

Ariel nodded, "Yes. People from outer space. There are some aliens here, but there are Paranormal Investigers here in this town that want to experiment and exterminate those that they think don't belong here on this Earth. Aliens included. That's why I can't leave you stranded. My family died in their hands. You have to be careful."

Uela understood. There were also people that were after her, and before she had met up with Ariel on the street she had been running from the people in the white coats. "Do you know these aliens?" ((Btw in case you were wondering the people in the white coats are actually scientist that directly work with Professor Membrane))

[Ah, how very interesting.]
Ariel bit in her lip as she begin to think. The only ones she knew were Zim and Micah, as well as her self (well, sort of). She guess there could be more. She remembered that tall one. She replied, "Well, I don't want to expose them and their privacy, so I can't say their names. But there are some aliens here, I'll say that."

Micah smiled slightly, still trying to cheer Zim up. "I don't think you do...I'm saying that you were real lucky just then. Maybe destroying the worms was good, and you'll think of a bigger, better plan. Luck tends to stick around for more than a few minutes." She said, holding her friendly smile for a few seconds. Although it didn't pain her to smile, it did feel uncomfortable seeing how serious she was most of the time. She kept it there though, pushing her discomfort away for now.
Skorn grinned. "Yeeeaaaah. Better and bigger idea thingys like...like....LIKE A RHINO!!! YEAH!" He cheered happily. He did like rhinos. They seemed nice!

[Thanks for promoting me Kitty Girl! Just had to say because you're awesome!]
Zim looked at Micah; he was about to smile, but he couldn't. He was glad that she was trying to cheer him up, but there was no need to. He looked at Skorn, and couldn't express anything with him either.

Uela nodded. Suddenly remembering what Ariel said about her family. "You said your family fell victim to these Paranormal Investigators. Does that mean they were aliens?" She said curiously peering at Ariel. She seemed to look like all the people she had seen so far. ((Thanks Ultra Kitty Girl! mrgreen ))
