The fight was still going on below her, with the clash and clank of shields and swords. She shook her head and rested her head against the guardrail.

Ebonii Snow  Adonia turned back for a moment, her eyes searching his face. She sighed. "I never said that's why he's angry. He could be angry for a lot of reasons. Like the fact that you betrayed his trust in you." She shouldered her bag again, turning around and going towards the gate, sighing.
"But it's just a guess..." she said quietly, before opening the gate, her eyes narrowed slightly. If Kevin cared at all about one happened, he had one heck of a way to show it. Tell Adonia he did care, but tell her that she had it wrong, and that Gabriel wouldn't care that Kevin kissed Lyra. And you couldn't take anyone seriously when they were always challenging you and using a cocky tone, and being overly-confident in everything they did because they knew they would win. What was the point in being right in this argument. The winner wouldn't feel any better.
She sighed and let herself out of the Arena, her light footsteps slowly padding off to the Big House, where she would look for her sister, Claire.

He was too condescending and you won't talk to him, so since you won't talk to him, and Gabe can't forgive Kevin until you do, and tell Gabe to consider forgiving him, there is no point in trying to do anything.
