She clenches her teeth anbd winces when he pours the water on it. She whimpers when the fabric touches her arm. She bites her lip and closes her eyes.

Hakeem readys himself a few feet away from the District 3 boy. He pulls out one of the 5 knives he has left. He holds it in his left hand and his sword in the other. He took a readying stance, for he figured the trap wouldn't stop him completly.

Candi closes her eyes chanting, Live, live, live... Please let Hakeem win. in her mind. She was sur he would but she was still scared.

Hakeem turned around at looked at candice for a ment "If he wins this, Promise me you'll run and keep running until your in the final 2." He pleaded desperitally.
((I just texted my cousins ( rain or whatever. the guy i'm supposed to fight right now) he said he's busy, but hell get on as soon as he can))

She climbs out and its as if its only them and nothing else. She kisses him, she was so scared to lose him and felt helpless because she knew she may not be able to save him. "I promise." She whispers against his lips.

She nods and kisses him one last time. "I love you, Hakeem." She whispers, her eyes glaze over with tears as she looks into his eyes.

She gives him a tight hug before going back to the hole. She climbs in and watches, she was going to watch no matter what happened. More tears blurr her vision but she just wipes them away.
