I suppose the next step for our band of Shinigami and not-Shinigami is to storm the Gate to Earth in Las Noches. I guess I'll start us off tomorrow~

well I stole some fragments of the knights since everyone was preoccupied with battle of words in the RP. I think it would make sense that the shinigami get some material off knights to analyze it and I would have been able to obtain it rather easily while everyone was focusing on verbal jousting. I won't specificially do anything with it, if it will ruin a plot continuation, but letting know what i have done since I could use it to impact plot by giving it to be examined.

2. squad 12 I would head towards and possibly use my own lab there, or perform experiments myself since I was former member
3. we are heading back to earth right now from soul gate, well most of us.

I do have a lab though that I made prior to leaving wink but that is of concern later on if everything is good with what I may be proposing, to have sereitei in possession of knights material.

Well its now not in your possession i believe. Think about it. This may not apply to you, but what a squad hopper could do? Make a spot in 1 squad and make a spot in another so he can be a healer, a scientist, a strong guy, a kido master, etc. I think thats why the higher ups dont like squad hopping.
