I was interested in making a new [group] for the jutsus used the the village hidden in the star. I don't think an additional village is either necessary or needed right now, but i think those jutsu where one's chakra can be molded and controlled outside one's body (not the perfect description, i know, but if you've seen the episodes with the village hidden in the star you know which jutsus im talking about) would be fun and interesting to use.
I'd like y'alls professional opinions (because i'm new here), would the meterorite jutsus be better classified as a custom clan or a custom bloodline?

Bashirou Clan
Description: The Bashirou clan is a clan of swordsmen that hail from Sunagakure. Ever since the creation of the village a group of swordsmen had vowed two things: first to stand beside the Kazekage; or any kage that would need their help, and the second one is to learn, and master every sword style in the world. The clan’s goal is somewhat ambitious, but if seen through their eyes it is perfectly understandable. They wish to master every style in order to protect the village from harm; in order to stand beside their kage proudly. Knowing how protective some people are of their combat styles the members of this clan usually try to drive a bargain, usually saying that the way of the sword belongs to no man, or trading one of the styles they know in order to learn another one, which usually works.
Strengths:
- Sword Proficient: The members of this clan are excellent sword users, finding the user of swords very easy.
- The members of this clan are able to boost their physical attributes with certain seals.
- Their experience in battle allows them to have some insight on their oponents next move, giving them a better reaction time, rivaled by that of a Tactical ninja.
- They are able to learn every sword style in the world.
- Minus one post to learn any Weapon Style.
Weaknesses:
- To make up for their large blade arsenal they only have one element, which they can only learn up to A rank.
- They can never learn genjutsu.
- Can learn very limited amounts of Taijutsu styles.
Ability:
- Increased Sword Fighting ability
- Can create blades from their body. [ Clan technique ]
- Can learn as many sword styles as they wish.
Rules:
- Must be a weapon user.
- Must only have one [1] element.
- Cannot use Genjutsu.
- Only two [2] boosts can be active at one.
- The bonuses do not stak with eachother; in other words, you cannot use the same boost twice.
- Cheetah Dash does stak with Speed ninja Bonus
- Can only learn one [1] Taijutsu style.
- Can only learn sword related styles, save for their single taijutsu style.
Bloodline/Clan Jutsus:
Think Skin: The user makes a single seal and then places a thin layer of chakra around his/her body. This layer of chakra acts as a shield, giving the user one rank plus in protection from Taijutsu, Weapon Jutsu and Ninjutsu. This costs 3 Cp per post to maintain.
Rank: D
Burst of Strength: The user makes a single seal and his/her chakra rushes toward their muscles. The chakra then stimulated the muscles of the body, acting like a steroid, boosting the damage done by physical attacks by one rank. This costs 3 Cp per post it is active.
Rank: D
Cheetah Dash: The user makes a single seal and places chakra on to their legs. This chakra acts like a dash board, making the user one rank faster than he was prior to this jutsu’s activation. This costs 5 Cp per post it is active.
Rank: D
Body weapon Creation: This technique allows the user to create blades from his/her hands and any other part of their body. These blades are made out of steel, and can extend up to four feet [ 48 inches ]. The user can only create up to three blades per post and he must pay a D rank chakra cost for every blade that is attached to his/her body, if the user doesn’t pay the chakra the blades will crumble away. The cost for the jutsu is a C rank jutsu worth of chakra.

This seems like it would be denied for the simple reason you pretty much gave them a Stage 1 Sharingan for now real reason.

NOT CREW Ok, Greg is already going to say this, But clans/bloodlines can not be restricted to Villages. They can remain loyal to that village, But restricted to that village is completely different. not even Ushio are restricted in the rules of the clan. Now for things I just see here and there. 1. You say that the clan has sworn to learn and master every sword style in the world, but in the weaknesses you say they can't even master one. 2. Also, Greg might have a problem with Cheetah Dash. It gives you speed shinobi speed bonus, and only costs one chakra per post. Make it like five chakra per 3 posts or something. ( not sure if Greg would even go for that. ) Really most of the techniques could have 2 or three cp cost per post, because all of those are pretty nice bonuses, and with two in effect at a time, you could become a behemoth. 3. Put ranks on these techniques please, like regular jutsu, they need to have ranks. Even if the rank is in the description, just so no one get's confused. 4. Burst of strength needs to apply to either sword strikes, or specify all taijutsu techniques. Basically it needs specification. 5. In the rules, you might want to specify there is no stacking bonuses, basically no using Cheetah Dash and Cheetah Dash to become two ranks faster. ( With Speed shinobi that would be three ranks higher, making a genin Jonin speed. ) 6. I FRAKING LOVE THIS CLAN/BLOODLINE. I want to make a character in this clan/bloodline... That is all I find wrong with it. Good luck young padawan.

Kk I took off the Heaven's Eye; though being a desendant of swordsmen his eyesight/reaction time would be better than normal imo.
@ Zet: Ok I changed it around a bit, added a few rules; took off the Suna bit.
As for the Burst of Strength it says it applies to every physical attack; so be it Taijutsu, weapon jutsu or some ninjutsu that uses my arms/legs.

Well since they are Weapon Specialist's you can always give them the Increased Reflexes perk which gives them the same reflexes as an Uchiha/Ushio.
Which honestly seems ridonkulous but whatever~

Please don't tell me you're changing your entire character makeup to make him into an invincible swordsmaster. And I'll say this right now, you cannot learn all weapon styles no matter what clan you are. You're weapon styles are limited to whats mandated by your shinobi profession. @TvIm: Please, allow the crew to do their jobs. Certain crew members were assigned to these positions for reasons, members may not take the crew jobs for themselves.

Put something like this against someone like David, or any ninjutsu user and if you can't get close to him/her it doesn't matter how many styles you know; your screwed either way.

Remember they only have one element. And Universal does count like an element in this case. The fact that they are severly limited to learn any long range technique and can't learn any genjutsu is reason enough to allow them to learn all of them, and keep in mind it's just sword styles. And it won't be easy to get them... * Looks in Kiri's general direction. *

Weapon styles are almost an element unto themselves, and since all members of the clan will be weapon masters they can have up to 8 styles total (two of which could be taijutsu styles), and there's nothing stopping someone of this clan from learning a long range weapon style (admittedly we don't have any of those yet, but I'm actually working on one right now), so I think that two would be more than sufficient, especially considering they can increase their physical attributes in a manner similar to the Konaga, but without the severe pain that the Konaga suffer, again, this is just my opinion, but I'm not the one in charge of this section
