Luo1304 @Golden: There's a big problem with this: You're using wind techniques without the fuuton element. If you had the fuuton element, then I would have probably two other critiques to make on this weapon, and they aren't really big because it's actually an interesting concept to me. But I cannot allow you to basically make up for not having the wind element by creating a weapon that can without any reason as to why and how it does so. I'd suggest either waiting until you get the wind element to reapply for this weapon, or switching an element you have that you haven't done too much work in to fuuton. Perhaps if you asked gregar if that was possible, he may even allow you to switch your secondary element (if you have one) to fuuton and allow you to retain as many jutsu in it as you had in the previous element. So for now, DENIED.
@Black&Silver: DENIED. This weapon has too many forms! Not only that, but the weakness you gave it isn't really a weakness because in the end it just resorts to its original state instead of actually hindering you from using the weapon.

Name of weapon: Nekura, The God Slaying Sword Who owns the weapon: Kiyoshi Hyuga Who made it: Kiyoshi Hyuga The Range of the weapon: N/A Description: A beautiful Koto styled Katana, hand forged from a chakra conducting metal. The tsuka (handle) is wrapped in a Japanese white silk (with matching sageo) and features copper/silver antique style Fuchi (Sleeve), Kashira and silver menuki, seppa and silver Habaki, with a black swirling tsuba. The scabbard is finished with a rich black gloss lacquer, with buffalo horn koiguchi, Japanese white silk sageo and silver kurikata. The overall length of this sword is 44”, the blade is 30” long and the grip is 14” long. The sword weighs overall 2 ½ pounds. The sword is worn on Kiyoshi’s left side by his waist so he may grab it with his right hand, since he is right handed. This sword is Kiyoshi’s pride and joy, it is a katana made from a special chakra channeling metal that is extremely sharp, durable, and wind resistant. But its true power is when it is infused with Kiyoshi’s Lightning Chakra which makes the sword sharp enough that it can pierce through stone or steel as easily as flesh. (This works in a similar manner as electrical arcing would, Kiyoshi’s sword acting as a sort of electrode, delivering an electrical current to whatever it comes in contact with and using the heat created by resistance to melt through steel or any of this types of metal with ease. Due to the lightning chakra being focused tightly along the blade, it makes for extremely precise smooth and clean cuts.) An opponent attempting to block against this sword will find their weapon cut though. In addition, any metal within a blade reach of this sword such as headbands, swords, kunai, wires, ect, will conduct the lightning right towards the metal source and give a painful electric shock and numb the area affected. The same would occur if the opponent was cut or pierced, as long as contact is maintained, the opponent will continued to be shocked and will cause the area to numb and depending on the voltage, unable to respond due to their muscles spasm from the shock. Kiyoshi can control how powerful the lightning infused in the blade is, but unless stated otherwise should be considered standard and maximum at the rank of the user in power and threat. Custom Weapons can not be cut though. A shocked limb will not be able to move for 2 posts at Genin level, 3 posts at Chunin Level, 4 posts at Special Jonin, 5 posts at Jonin, and 6 posts at S rank.It addition to its cutting ability, by channeling a B rank amount of chakra into the scabbard, and running the charged blade across the scabbard mouth (such as drawing the sword). The user can release charged particles up into the air causing an upward movement of air currents, which in turn give rise to thunder clouds and causing a thunderstorm complete with rain, thunder, and lightning. While this does nothing to do with the swords power, Kiyoshi uses this thunderstorm in conjunction with his sword for powerful combination attacks. This lasts for 5 posts.Weakness:Though powerful the weapon can be blocked, a strong enough chakra shield or mass could block it’s attack. The proper wind jutsu at one rank lower and higher would cancel out its effect. Though Earth jutsu can, they would need to be one rank higher or more than the rank of the sword to be able to block it. The sword cost chakra to use as well at 2 Chakra Points per post.
Rp Sample: Kiyoshi walked down a quiet road heading out of the village. It was a cold winter night, the moon was full and was the only light that guided him. As he walked a shadowy figure rested in the corner of his eye, but every time he turned they vanished. He then activated his Byakugan as he walked, and the corners of his eyse could now be seen clear as day as the figure crept closer to him. Kiyoshi waited till he was within range and swung his body around facing his attacker. His eyes focused solely on his target as his hand rushed to his side as he gripped his blade. Kiyoshi drew his sword and as he did sparks flew into the air making the air glow with his power. As he pointed his sword at his foe the sword began to hum and glow, surging with energy. Kiyoshi then dashed forward with great speed as he swung his blade as it glided though the air. The opponent made a few seals and brought up a wall of earth in order to block Kiyoshi’s attack, sadly he didn’t know what Kiyoshi`s sword could do. Kiyoshi gave a horizontal swing at the 1 foot thick wall and slide clean though it like butter. As Kiyoshi continued his attack towards the opponent, he released a wind jutsu right at Kiyoshi which he blocked with his sword, and the lightning faded. Kiyoshi jumped back as he defended waiting for his blade to return to full power. As he did the opponent pulled out his own sword and charged Kiyoshi. Kiyoshi sword returned and he blocked the sword, but it wouldn’t cut, it seemed to be special probley custom made. Though Kiyoshi was not done as he sent a surge of lightning down the blade and right at the opponent shocking his arm, and causing him to drop his sword and grip his arm. Kiyoshi took advantage of this and stabbed the sword right into the opponents shoulder and sent wave after wave of shock into his body. As he did the opponent fell to the ground and screamed in pain as his body began to go numb, he then pulled out the sword and stabbed it into his heart and with a burst of lightning chakra he was no more. Kiyoshi took his sword and sheathed it as he left the body on the ground and continued heading out on his journey.

Your's qualifies with B, the ability to cut through anything. Slicing though an enemy's weapon as if it were butter with your lighting sword violates that rule.

My sword can't cut though everything, their are several things i listed that it can't cut though, and im sorry that basic weapons with no special properties cant stand up to a chakra infused sword, customs can not be cut through though...accidentally deleted that when i removed the section about battle so let me readd that

The Range of the weapon: katana length (in blade mode) to about 35 meters if the attack just flies straight over an open space with no resistance. It'll only go through about three things before it's attack disperses.
Weakness: Katon will annihilate it.
Description: Yamato was found in the ruins of waterfall village, and is now wielded by Kay Otosan. This weapon however, has a totally different function. The blade is extremely lightweight, as it is just a hilt without a blade. The blade is embued with wind and can use the wind around it as a weapon, and for four chakra points it can send a wave of razor sharp wind that will slice through trees, buildings, weapons (not custom), and can concentrate the wind around it into a single blade. It costs two chakra per post to keep the blade up. It also can create a shield of wind that will reflect any attack at the cost of the rank of the jutsu.

FINISHED! Name of weapon: Nagato (Long-lasting Gate) or Ame-no-Tsurugi (天沼矛, "heavenly swamp sword") Who owns the weapon: Tensaijin Ushio Where it was found/Who made it: Nagato was first found within the corpse of a terrible serpentine creature that was wreacking havoc within the Rice Country, several decades prior to the introduction of Ninshu.The warrior who slew the beast awarded the sword to the farmers where it was passed down for generations. Later a blacksmith reforged it with minerals he obtained from a meteorite crash site on a commission from a young Sealing Master. Very little is known about what the Sealing Master did with this blade but history shows that it was used several times during that age. It is said the Sealing Master traveled beneath the Rice Country and created a shrine to store the weapon, waiting for an apprentice to bestow it it. It's full history is believed to reside with the Sealing Master and his host of Summons who have entertained him. The exact methods of how the Sealing Master could have lived for centuries is unknown but the sword re-appeared in the hands of a young Ushio who once ventured out into the Rice Country. The Range of the weapon: Nagato has a 24 inch blade but it quickly extends to 31 inches when a particular panel is pressed on the tsuba. The hilt is 14 inches long and can be held with one or two hands. Weakness: Nagato feels very heavy and unbalanced if the user isn't trained in its use [Ten posts], seeming to weigh about 25lbs and very cumbersome and unwieldly. In addition the detachable tsuba-shuriken covers a weak point at the blade along with exposing the fingers to any enemies blade until it is re-attached. Using Nagato's abilities cost chakra and the fact its blade is Chakra Retardent makes it hard to incorporate into most Kenjutsu styles or even enhance its cutting power. In addition Nagato is weak to Earth and Water techniques, having little effect on them with its abilities. Description: Nagato no Tsurugi is a dark grey ninjato crafted from non-magnetic/conductive substances and minerals harvested from meteorites. The blade is moderately thin and alarmingly dense, folded multiple times until the ultra-keen edge seems to fade into the surroundings. Nagato is 7mm wide and is unusually doubled edged, comig to a sharp point. At it's base length the ninjato is 24 inches long with a 14 inch handle, but when the blade is extended to katana length the blade becomes 31 inches long. The scabbard was designed for a katana because of this. The make of the blade allows Nagato to be extremely durable and tough to bend or break, allowing it survive high levels of stress without being damaged. The blade is moderate in thickness and somewhat wide compared to many designs. The sword has a shallow bo-hi (full sized groove) and a soe-bi (fine groove) running below the shinogi (ridge line). This allows the sword to remain robust and durable with a good cross-sectional thickness all while helping keep the overall weight of the sword down(5lbs). The sword moves easily in the trained hands, is extremely sharp, and is still of a robust design for cutting practice. The blackened ridged iron tsuba is actually a concealed shuriken that can be removed, though this exposes Nagato's single weakpoint, a patch of the blade near the hilt suspectible to sudden changes in temperature. A single bleached skull on a serene plain is depicted on the tsuba and just above it are the lines from a once famous poem that read: Natsukusa ya tsuwamamono-domo ga yume no ato". Or loosely translated "Summer grass: where the warriors used to dream". The ridged shape of the tsuba was chosen as many practitioners like the fact that the sword doesn't tend to "roll around" when placing the sword down on the mat when preparing or finishing practice. Higo style, Imperial Purple silk was chosen for the wrap of the darkened handle. A series of golden whirlpools adorn the handle down to the pommel, which is an extremely heavy brass weight with a deep groove running through the middle. Finally the black gloss saya (scabbard) shows the summer grasses starting to grow. They are hand brushed in gold paint and gradually increase in frequency towards the iron tsuba but never overpower the simple black gloss saya. The custom made sageo (cord on the saya) is black and gold with gold grasses woven into the sageo, carrying the theme. The scabbard has a long cut at the lip in order to allow Nagato to be freed faster and due to the deceptively long nature of the sheath, it makes it impossible for enemies to properly determine the speed of Nagato's draw. The lower compartment of the scabbard is sealed off but can be used to contain small pouches of equipment or supplies. Trait: Silent Vibrating Blade Description When struck, Nagato instantly releases vibratory energies from its core. These energies target the molecular structure of solid, non-organic structures, weakening them with every blow. This is why most blades pitted against Nagato show signs of serious wear after crossing paths with it multiple times. As a natural trait of the blade due to its craft this does not cost chakra to maintain, but must be activated. Costs 5 chakra points. Limit(s): This only affects solid, non-organic structures and is a trait that must be activated. Trait: Chakra Retardent Blade Description It is said pieces of the moon were used to forge Nagato's blade. Whether this is true or not is uncomfirmed but the blade does instead have a unique property not normally found in ninja crafted weaponry. Nagato's blade instantly exstinguishes concentration or traces of chakra once they come within three inches of the blade making most Chakra Flow techniques and ninjutsu ineffective against it. When faced with concentrations of chakra the blade releases a weak pulse of chakra retardent energies, scrambling the chakra and causing the technique to unravel. Limit(s): Unfortunately this has little effect on Earth and Water Ninjutsu though it does halt any additional traits the technique posseses besides being a solid construct of that element. When struck by Nagato the shape these elements were designed to take quickly fall apart as the Chakra Retardent Aura spreads through the construct. Raiton. Fuuton and Katon are dispelled up to B rank on contact with the blade while A and S ranked techniques are reduced to C and B ranked effectiveness, respectively. Ability: Nature Impregnation Description Nagato is bound by a series of powerful seals that can only be undone by a Sealing Master. This can only be unsealed by a Chuunin level Sealing Master but allows the blade to absorb the properties of substances. For example the user can dip the blade in poison or acid and for a C rank chakra cost, the blade will absorb properties of the substance and deal that damage when swung. Additionally, when the blade encounters elemental ninjutsu the blade may take the properties of that particular technique and replicate it for an equal cost of the jutsu. An example of this would be absorbing an S-rank fire technique and the blade being hot enough to light flammable substances in the viscinity and deal extremely high fire damage. In the case of some fire jutsu, the blade may release explosive force on contact! Limit(s): Nagato can only impregnate with: Genin: 2 chakra natures, three substances Chuunin: 3 chakra natures, four substances Jounin: four chakra-based natures -It costs a C rank amount of chakra to switch natures and natures can only be switched every three posts. CANNOT absorb Earth and Water jutsu -Nagato cannot launch these techniques off its blade or coat the blade in that substance, the blade ITSELF is imbued with the properties. HOWEVER for a B ranked chakra cost, Nagato can rid itself of that element and launch it at an enemy but afterwards cannot take in another element for three posts. -When a Nature is absorbed the user must submit a custom jutsu application detailing the EXACT effects of the blade with that nature and they must match the technique absorbed. Nagato cannot absorb and replicate a new element within the same battle. Rp Sample:
The instant a worn sandle came down on the stone floor, two large boulders flew from opposite ends of the room, crushing the unfortunate Chuunin as soon as she entered the large cavern. Heavy blocks of stone streaked in crimson crashed to the floor, revealing the startle face of the Chuunin's two comrades splattered in her blood. Tensai stepped from the shadows at this point with his arms at his side, only his radiant amber eyes visible through the slim holes within his porcelain mask.
"You can still run," he offered but he could see the younger ninja had prepared themselves for the battle. One of them shrugged off his coat, revealing bare muscled arms that instantly increased in size as chakra circulated through his body. The other skipped backwards and unravelled a large scroll while her comrade charged forward, his fist pulled back for what would undoubtfully be a rather explosive punch. Tensai's hand dropped to his waist, wrapping around the silk handle of his ninjatou before dashing to meet his opponent. As the young Chuunin swung at his face, Tensai dropped to his knees and drew his ninjato in a single movement. The dark grey blade flashed in a wide arc and bit into the exposed flesh of the Chuunin shins and countinued through. Nagato's blade had been impregnated with a potent acid a few years ago and with this trait active, the blade could cut through organic substances alot easier which was why his attacker had such deep, steaming gashes on his legs.
Tensai didn't turn to examine his handy work however and countinued running towards the female Jounin whose fingers were now skillfully manipulating two humanoid puppets through the air. "Tch, Puppet Specialist?" muttered Tensai before he channeled his chakra into his legs for an extra boost in speed. Though the puppets would quickly converge on his position, he still countinued to run until they were both merely five feet away from his body. Tensai had to admit they struck with admirable coordination but he was used to escaping tight situations and smiled as the two puppets crashed into another. Tensai materialized above their heads in the middle of a sumersault before he brought Nagato piercing through thei metal hull. The grey blade, now infused with virulent flames, had no trouble carving through the wooden puppets and quickly lit up the constructs within seconds.
The puppeteer was already manipulating the arms of her puppets to grab Tensai but he managed pried Nagato from her toys at the sound of thundering footsteps. The boy seemed to have recovered from his wounds, though blood soaked his bare legs as he charged towards the puppets. Tensai leapt towards the Chuunin and extended Nagato to its full length, a soft hiss escaping the dark grey blade as it extended to the length of a normal katana. The Chuunin arms were covered in large gauntlets made of earth but as Nagato struck the improvised armor large chunks of earth began to chip off the Chuunin arms. Within seconds the gauntlet of armor was now a pile of rocks on the ground and the Chuunin arms were covered in deep gashes as Nagato's acid blade ate at his enemies skin. He quickly switched the weapons nature and ducked under a right hook, thrust the sharp point of his weapon into the Chuunin before skipping back. As the blade pulled free of the Chuunin body, shards of ice blossomed from the wound, covering his torso in frost as the large crystals grew to the size of kunai. As his enemy stood gaping at his wound Tensai leapt forward and used Nagato's acid nature to cut through the Chuunins head.
When he turned back to see the Jounin hastily searching for a new scroll to summon, Tensai swung Nagato in a wide arc and launched the A-ranked fire jutsu he absorbed several months ago. The wall of fire crashed into the Jounins body and shoved her to the ground, crawling over her body as she screamed in pain. Tensai waited for her writhing to cease before sheathing Nagato

 Name of weapon: Dual Headed Dragon or, DHD Who owns the weapon: Kaede Yoshiro Where it was found/Who made it: Created by the Yoshiro family, it has been passed down from the original creator. The Range of the weapon: 25 ft around Description: Dual Headed Dragon is two daggers anchored together by a cable. The cable is made of tightly wove steel fibers and can only be cut by jutsu or weapons with a chakra edge. This weapon is thousands of years old and has been passed own like genetics through the Yoshiro family. After practice (5 posts using weapon) the user should start to get a feel for the the weapon and after training (10 posts using weapon) the user should master the movement of the weapon and will be able to use it as accurately as possible. Weakness: Cable easily cut with a chakra edge or slicing type jutsu. Just a normal weapon, no special abilities. Rp Sample: Coming soon!

Sorry I just need more detail. Why is it lightweight? Is it because it is made of a lighter material, if so what is that material. Is it lightweight because it thinner? And how is it the razor wind can slice though buildings, but a weapon can stop it? And what does the phrase "but could only slash at a human" mean? Feel free to pm me and we can work on it if you want, I do think it has great potential.
P.S. In the future please just use the weapon your trying to get approved in your rp sample. Unless you saying Rebellion was a typo lol

... No. Just, no. That sword basically removes every weakness I built into the sealing system. It's far too powerful.
