"I thought you knew where we were going?" Roxanne said, tossing a questioning look over her should into the carriage at Mina. "After all you're the one who trained at this school for wizards and people."
"I've got some trail rations in here." Roxanne added, using the claw atop her staff to reach Eric and hand him her small satchel of belongings. Within the bag was a clearly demonic book; its covering appearing to be make of some crimson leather-like substance, miscellaneous potions of various colors, four purple orbs similar to the one her staff normally carried in its grasp, and near the veeeeeeeeery bottom, a cloth wrap full of flat bread and some cheese.

"So that's where we are headed next.." Thought Eric, not his kind of place, then again this group he was with wasn't exactly his kind of people either. At least he was bound to learn something new on the way. He returned to reality after hearing Roxanne speaking to him. He turned to her, only to first notice the clawed staff holding out her satchel to him. Eric took the bag and did his best to smile at Roxanne. "Oh, thank you Rox-" Eric looked into her belonging and blinked his eyes when he saw the contents inside... "On second thought, I think I can wait." He said rather flatly. He didn't want to accidentally touch any of that stuff and pay the price for it, just for basic provisions. That being said, he handed Roxanne the bag right on back to her. No way i'm reaching into a bag full of stuff that could turn me into a frog or worse…

"well, it's been a while." Mina said blushing some. "plus, to help keep the place hidden they rotate the forest every two or so years so the paths aren't the same since then." Mina put the two candles on her belly out. "i could find the place on an up to date map but I'd need a few minutes, you know, encryption and all."

Reading his expression as he returned her satchel, Roxanne laughed. "None of it can hurt you unless you know the magic to activate them..." she said, handing the bag back to Eric. "Eat. It should all still be reasonably fresh." Slowing the carriage to a halt as the road straightened out again, Roxanne awaited Mina's instructions. She knew better than to mess with a wizard and their trippy mind mazes.

Mina looked over Roxannes shoulder at the map. She moved a little closer and her belly pressed against Roxannes back. Looking back and fourth from the paper and the forest she scratched her head some. "alright, they haven't changed their pattern in a few hundred years so, if I'm right then there will be what looks like a gap in the trees, about 15 meters a head. We'll want to keep an eye on both sides. From there, umm, we'll want to go right at the four way road, left if it's only a two way." She continued to look at the map, the details she was mentioning not on the map and only leading deeper into the woods.

Eric still wasn't convinced, her laughter didn't help either. "As long as I'm not a frog, we're on short supply of princesses." He said as he took it back, despite his apparent fears, he reached into the back and pulled out a flat bread. He looked at it, wondering if she made it herself on her travels. Well, food was food, he wasted no time munching away on it, except for slowing down to wait for the Mina's call on where to go next. "Well, what are we waiting for? She sounds like she knows where we are to go."

Roxanne cocked an eyebrow at Mina's confused directions. Looking back and forth between the candle witch and the map, she suddenly became aware of how sore she was from sitting in the driver seat these past few days. The weight of her belly was really taking its toll on her frame. "Ummm... how about you take over from here?" She starts, gingerly lowering herself to the ground. "I dislike wizards and their mind tricks. And besides, its probably best they see one of their own in the lead anyway." Waddling around to the side, Roxanne hauled her pregnant bulk into carriage and took what used to be Mina's seat.

Mina nodded and took the map and Roxannes seat as she left. After getting her self comfortable in the hard wooden seat she took the reins and looked around before giving them a gentle snap, the horses moving forward in response. She started to look back and fourth as they went, keeping an eye out for the path she had talked about.

(Ok I'm going to re-enter my characters smile I'm playing two razz )  Name: Muse Sitello Age:24 Class:Rogue/Mercenary Bio: Leader of a free-roaming pack of cut-throats, he had taken a solo job to assasinate some General that was winning the war for his client. Being a mercenary he decided to take the chance and happily accepted the job. Boy was he surprised when he found out the general was a hot babe. Working out his smooth charms he ended up making love to her, pleasure over buisness right? Well the client he was working for didn't like it and sent some of his own men to ambush them both. He got caught up in it all and sort of was made to look like he did it all. Being forced to fight and almost kill a beautiful woman wasn't in his book so he knocked her unconcious and hid her away so no one would kill her, then fled. Let's say his client wasn't too happy with him and Sarah wasn't the only person who was ambushed that night. Muse came home to find that everyone had been killed and betrayed by the contact. Brillux shouted behind Mina, Roxanne, and Eric. Curse him for not having muscles, and the armor he was wearing slowed him down a little. Yet being light he was able to catch up, but had gotten lost at some point. He did manage to scare a family of rats so it was pretty successfull, yet now he was unsure where the silly little group was going. He had agreed to follow the fat bellied warlock woman, but still was unsure if she was trying to make him her 'pet' or seduce him. Brillux never wanted another master for as long as he unlived! " Wait up! I ain't got muscles! Gah you fleshbags are all so damned fast!" he grumbled. ------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------- Hee hee that was easy! That silly traveling group of merchants didn't see it coming! Oh man am I good or what!? Tossing a medium sized coin pouch in the air, juggling it slightly, Muse casually walked along a dirt road. He had recently just mugged some traveling merchants out of a good amount of gold when they weren't looking. Of course, if the wheel on their wagon wouldn't of had broken, the job would have been a bit challenging. The blonde haired man smirked happily. A nice breeze was blowing, the sky was beautiful, there was nothing that could ruin Muses day! Nothing! I think I'll spend this on wine and women! Lucky for me there's a town comin' up on my map! Ahh it's such a glorious day! he thought with glee now looking at a small map he had stolen as well.

Luckily enough the carriage was rolling along at a slow crawl as Mina searched for their exit, so Brillux was able to catch up easy enough. Hearing a familiar grumbling, Roxanne looked out the back of the carriage to see the undead knight, Brillux, rejoin them. "There you are!" Roxanne said, scooting down the carriage bench. "Wondered where you got off too." She slid over to the left door and popped it open for Brillux, assuming Mina didn't want the undead anywhere near her while she was driving.

He would have chuckled, but his teeth creepily rattled instead. Using the wind he let out a loud 'ehehehehehehehe' whistling sound. A trick that he picked up from a few zombie friends of his before they were burned by Paladins. Climbing into the cab he sat next to Roxanne as the door shut behind him. His sockets stared at her as a smirk fell upon his jaw. " Well I did manage to give a family of rats a good fright!" he mused crossing his arms. The skeleton knight then fell silent for a bit. Looking over at her belly he shook his head. "' Ave ye gotten bigger since I last saw ye!?" he gruffly teased Roxanne. The warlock was tough she could handle it. At least now he was in the carriage, that was all that mattered to him.

(I love reading your undead's accent, its so fun to read...)
The warlock laughed at the undead's question.
"One should hope not, any bigger and my spine might simply give up and snap in two..." Roxanne replied.
Leaning into Brillux, Roxanne swiftly poked two of her fingers into his eye socket and after fishing around for a few seconds pulled free a startled and traumatized rat from within. "Impressive hiding spot for one so small..." she added, petting the rat like it was a long lost pet and not something she'd just found and picked up.
(Up to you if you want it to be a legit rat or make Brillux think she conjured one into his head. =P)
