[ F α u s † ]Character(s): Maximillion Alexander Faust II [Faust]. Status: Fine, albeit discomfort reaching extreme levels, and rising. Location: Traverse Town: First District - Hefin's House. ---Faust felt trapped. There was simply no other word to describe it. Cornered between the three females surrounding him in a relatively cramped area, he was struggling with the unwelcome feelings of discomfort and helplessness that were coursing through him. It's only three women, and two of them are only children! Pull yourself together, push past her, and get out of here, damn you! Shaking his head slightly to try and rearrange disrupted thoughts, he moved quickly aside to make way for Aerith as she knelt by the child, quietly reassuring and comforting her. As he watched, Faust could not help but feel a twinge of envy at the healer's expertise with people. It's like she knows exactly what to say to them - but how does she know? He turned slightly, noticing the girl surveying the scene before her with that same serene nonchalance that she just seemed to exude. However, Faust noticed that beneath the nonchalance was the almost unnoticeable trace of interest, almost... confusion, as though the girl was learning from the experience. Which is certainly far more than I'm getting out of this experience - it's time to leave. During this entire exchange however, Faust hid his emotions and thought beneath a mask of complete neutrality, determined to not show strangers that he was affected in any way by the spectacle.
Inching past Aerith and the little girl, he moved with an unusual haste towards the door, and forced himself to slow down, adopting the economical scout's gait that he was familiar with. As the cool air of the outside swirled forward to greet him, he felt his turbulent emotions begin to subside, and calm begin to return, his limbs relaxing ever so subtly - then re-tense immediately as yet another stranger stepped into the doorway, blocking the breeze and Faust's exit. Stopping in his tracks, Faust felt his fingers automatically and nonchalantly come to rest near his revolver holster - this newcomer was male, armed, and looked like a fighter. Turning his head slightly so his voice would reach Aerith cleanly - but still have line of sight to the stranger - he motioned with his free hand towards the doorway, his voice only slightly terse.
"Another visitor, Aerith - do you know this man?"

Nalo had fallen asleep and slumped forwards onto the large bird as it rode into the first district. He stared to squirm as he was picked up but his head simply lulled about. As Suzu placed him on the ground, he shivered momentarily before snuggling up against Enyb.
The nearby conversations; however, woke him from his slumber and he started to rise, brushing the sleep from his eyes. He yawned and sat down next to Enyb before softly whispering to him, "I'm sorry Enyb. You are such a magnificent creature...Can you forgive me? Thank you so much for helping me get away from that man. He seemed like a bad person. That smell...he smelled like death. I can see you're busy Enyb, so I'll let you finish with your grooming. I'm going to talk to these people to see if I can't find out what went on here..."

{Ignorance is bliss... until reality throws a Heartless siege at you.}
[Traverse Town : First District] Finding the 'boy's' response to signify the closest thing to admitting defeat that he could reach. "Normally, I'd say you didn't have to worry, the First District is the safest one. There usually aren't any types of Heartless to speak of... but apparently, those two strangers attracted attention..."
At that point, the strange, rabbit-like humanoid finally awoke, and began speaking to the bird- calling him 'Enyb'. So that was the bird's name? Perhaps the humanoid was the bird's owner? His words were... odd.
"You do know we're currently right beside you, right?" Soryuju asked, giving Nalo an odd look- as if he might have hit his head a little too hard when he was knocked unconscious, or whatever.

Nalo spun around and was just feet from the group of humans. "Humes..." Nalo muttered to himself. "If you're eavesdropping on my conversation then you already know the question I'm about to ask, but you didn't supply such an answer, and that's rude. I take it you're the hume in charge here?" Nalo put a hand on his hip and shifted his weight. He still wasn't comfortable around humes...their speech was still harsh, their social etiquette: poor.

{Ignorance is bliss... until reality throws a Heartless siege at you.}
[Traverse Town : First District] "It's not rude if you're talking about us like we're not right here," he retorted, sighing and massaging the bridge of his nose. Why did everyone seem to think he was rude?! He was only pointing out the obvious. "There's no one leading, really, we're just trying to recuperate. Two people attacked the town and caused all of this. They left, but not before summoning a powerful Heartless duo which we had to kill. Hence the recuperation... are you okay?"

"I'm sorry. I really didn't know you were there...My sight, smell...the smoke is still burning...Whoever those people were...whatever they were. I've never seen that kind of power before. If there's any help you need, I can try to help out. Just...I'm glad they're gone." Nalo glanced back to the large mint bird.
"My name is Nalo, and this blessing of the forest is Enyb. It's the first green chocobo that hasn't ever tried to kill those from outside the wood's embrace. What are you called?"

[ Enyb ]
{Kweh...[Oh my...]}
[Traverse Town: First District]
Ooo, touching. Of course, Enyb bent his head so instead of scratching under his chin, the man with the fire breath was scratching behind his ears.
Oh, Bunnyman was awake and talking to him. With a nod for an acceptance of an apology, he listened to Bunnyman and Firebreath talk, head perking at 'blessing of the forest' and 'hasn't ever tried to kill'. Happiness at the first one(I'm a blessing? Woohoo!) and confusion at the second.
Chocobos killing humans? That doesn't make any sense...unless they were attacked, but humans aren't usually that vicious. Oh, drat, guess it's cause he's from a different world.

Ͼѻɫѻɍaɨ "Where's my Ronso?"
[Traverse Town :: First District :: Hefin's House]
Colorai's big blue eyes got even larger as the people talked to her.
"Xifan...he's my Ronso. He, he, he watches me. But I followed, him" Colorai pointed at Faust and smiled "because he looked hurt and, and...curious."
When the new person entered, Colorai cringed and looked for somebody to protect her.
She ran up to Faust and grabbed his sleeve. "You help me find my Ronso?" she didn't know why she was asking, but he seemed like the right person to ask.

Ӿɨғαɴ "Even without my tribe I have my family."
[Traverse Town :: Second District. -> First District
Xifan entered the District and didn't see the little girl. He was beginning to become concerned. What would he do if he couldn't find her, his life would be over. The Ronso walked back to the previous distict and looked at the nearby group, he noticed an odd looking bird and a rabbit creature (Enyb, Nalo, Sory etc...). Xifan walked to this group and sighed "Anyone seen little girl? Dress like cat?" Xifan asked in his chopped speech

[Ⱥɬѳɣȿɩʋϛ] "Let us try this one last time. My name is Aloysius…A-lo-see-us"
[Traverse Town :: First District]
Aloysius was off in his own world, thinking about the recent events and try to decide his next course of action. The Geomancer jumped onto the top of the ruins of the restaurant and sat down, looking down upon the rest of the district. "What a day"

[םȋѳɕҽȵҽʂ] "Make it easier on yourself and tell me what you’re thinking, I already know”
[Castle Oblivion : Commons Area]
What a place Diogenes thought to himself, smiling at the thought of his brother still being in that little town.
Diogenes looked around and ran a hand through his long hair. "There's a certain garnet, almandite I believe. A dark red color. I would like that gem." he yanked his necklace from his neck, "You can use this, its my family symbol"

[*~Youni~*] "...."
[First district: Hefins House:Kitchen]
....Everything started with nothing.
and things moved with no sense ....
.... the presence of many buffering against it
.... imprinting what was missing.

This girl was expressing quite a lot of anxiety, and it buffered against her like an unusual tickle. Unaware of Fausts observation Youni seemed confused at the girl’s hesitation. Aerith had asked her a question- why was she not answering? "Another visitor, Aerith - do you know this man?"Again, his voice drew youni’s attention from the girl once again with surprising ease. When Heffin turned towards them Youni’s eyes flickered towards him, she had seen this man before from previous visits to his home with Aerith. But she still waited to see if the girl would respond to the question. “He is Heffin. Heffin is home. This is that man’s house.” She answered, pointing at Heffin just so be sure. When Colorai finally answered, Youni was assailed with plenty of new things to ponder.
Ronso. A watching Ronso. Do they need to find this Ronso? Observing Colorai when she began to cling to Fausts sleave and ask for assistance, Youni came over and mimicked her. Her delecate fingers secured a bit of his other sleave and tugged, ever so often looking back at Colorai. “ How do you know this man will find your Ronso?what does a Ronso look like?" She looked up at Faust to see if he agreed to these terms. " You will find her Ronso?”

Souzourou {Don't we live in a beautiful world? And now a beautiful universe?}
[Traverse town :: First District]
"Ah, thank you very much for your assistance." Souz said and bowed his head slightly. "Would anyone care to accompany us? Ah, if you were already headed in that direction, or don't mind, that is..." He was trying to be very polite, though he did shoot a glance at Orielle when he said 'don't mind', hoping to show he knew that her manners were lacking, and was trying to change them.

.: Traverse Town | First District | Courtyard † ________ ¯ ¯ ¯ ¯ ¯ ¯ ¯ [Bollocks.] Pretending that she hadn't noticed Souzourou's glance (or maybe she genuinely didn't notice), Orielle just sighed and slightly (ever so slightly) loosened her crossed arms; though her straight posture never slouched the slightest, no thanks to all her teachings as a child. She would really rather just go off on her own and find some place to eat, but even her pride wouldn't come in the way of her hungry stomach... At least not in this instance. So instead, she decided to carry on the conversation in her mind...
"No need to implore these peasants to do something that clearly exceeds their mental capabilities, Kazanmachi. We are more than capable of finding a place to eat without the help of such brainless drones.
Ah, the human imagination. What a wonderful thing.[Absolute bollocks.]

Tsurumi
I'd prefer if you were to just...
...disappear
{Castle Oblivion ~ Oath of Affliction Chamber -> Commons Area}
Nodding her head, Tsurumi began to wonder what world would form from her memories. She was very tempted to try it. Then again, it wasn't that important to her. In response to Vereor's question about the jewelry, she simply said, "Necklace, emerald." Tsurumi wasn't very picky about jewelry, thinking it rather annoying. She simply said the first thing that came to mind.
Watching the new man (Olum) walk into the Commons area, she began to wonder if the man had been part of the destruction that she had seen at Traverse Town. He did certainly seem to indicate as such. In that case, she wondered what he had contributed. Perhaps that annoying voice was him?
