@ Topic: Luciano is obviously going to Jail on the count of Murder on the fourth degree (even though there is no such thing. . lol but it shows that he did very bad), attempted murder, and a ton of other things.

Skotti I guess would go for Murder, Theft, Smoking in a non smoking area, speeding, destruction of public property, Reckless Driving, Manslaughter, Noise violation, Drunk and disorderly conduct, vulgar conduct in public, breaking and entering.... I might be missing something

Lol, everyone's posting theirs, so it's my turn.
Waffle and Sabe are both going in for battery/assault, murder/homicide, indecent exposure, illegally entering Gaia and working without citizenship/permit/visa, and trespassing private property.
Waffle's specifically going in for arson, while Sabe's going in falsely accused of molesting a minor (lol, Waffle looks a little too young for 21. Sabe better watch his hands next time when he carries her around. xd )
There's probably plenty I've missed, but who cares. I think I got enough.

Tampering with a murder scene, landing a spaceship in Rancher Bill's field, causing panic in Gold Mountain, disturbing the peace, assault, and being an accomplice to every thing else that happens.

@ the topic: I'm considering making it to where a lot of people (and those who don't know him well) think Sabe's false charges are true (and add assumptions), and try to kick his a** in prison because of it.
@ a little less on topic: Should I get to work on an MSPaint/PS7 layout of the prison, like what Ten did when he constructed his arc? (except much better quality, of course)

@the topic: oxo; umm... ok... what exactly would Koji be going in for? the "tampering with a crime scene" and "causing panic at Gold Mountain casino" ? I didn't join until the Halloween Arc, so Koji hasn't really been involved with anything other than searching for people... and killing zombies

Mkay, the maps are finished. In no way is this the absolute layout but it's a rough image of it. ('Cause my Sims Building skills are kinda rusty.) Floor 1  Floor 2 I know the building itself looks tiny, but imagine it being 5x bigger, the cells, yard and rec areas still being small, etc. To establish the basic setup, there will be 8-10 inmates per cell on either wing of the prison. Men are on the left side, women on the right. The only "shared" area is the lobby, and it's closed off to prisoners. The only place the two groups of people can actually interact is in the yard, separated by a reinforced fence. Air vents are impossible to break into and climb around in. All glass in the building is bulletproof, and the fences and bars are impossible to bend, twist, or break through. Around the edges of the prison are guard towers and electric fences (so don't bother breaking out!) and an off-site security building keeps watch of every inmate's smallest moves. All the windows are barred, and all prisoners must be inspected before they're allowed to go anywhere. As another note: Nearly everything in the prison is magic-proof and deters telekinetic abilities. Technopathy will not work in most areas. The inmates themselves range from average Joes to all kinds of twisted, and some are borderline insane. When the group gets thrown in, the men in the gang get thrown into a cell on the 2nd floor and the girls get thrown into a cell on the first floor. Neither groups are by themselves. For anything else, it's up to your imagination.

Well, we're both writing this. You've written some damn good arcs before (the Zurg one is still my favorite next to Pen's AU arc), and I've been getting better at making things difficult for everyone. I wonder how this arc will play out.
No easy exits for anyone!
