i do i do i do....would you like to hear? *locks the doors*
Was the first time i played at school..we were only used a 'pudding ball' but still pretty damn hard...the bowler (Mr McAllister, the PE teacher) tossed me a flipper, it bounced up off the seam and caught me right in the kisser. My mum had words with him after but he kept on saying how much it would have hurt if we had been using a proper cricket ball...
Where is he now? Retired...seen him on the Weakest Link a few months back... 3nodding

Hello and Welcome biggrin
don't worry about the cricket, we might practice throwing balls at Geo to see if we can give him another fat lip, but that's the closest we're likely to get to it 3nodding
you live in a nice area! I'm from the south coast but i live in Lincolnshire now, i miss the beach and hills! i'd like to visit Brighton though, it looks like a fun place 3nodding

hockey talk2hand
i HATED that. frozen, rutted mud, howling wind and evil girls armed with very solid sticks, GREAT! neutral
my sister wants to take up hockey again, just proves to be that she's the devil in disguise.
Leigh i didn't realise you were that close to the downs too, sounds like you live in a perfect location!
