She moves forward, her dress giving her the floating effect again as she reached out a pale hand to him, "Xei." She smiles, using her other hand to remove stray tendrils of hair from her face.

She blushes slightly when he kissed her hand, not many did that these days. Xei nodded, pulling her hand back after a moment. "Have been one since I was born." She looks him over slowly, his scent itching at her nose. "Vampire?" She ask politely.

Wadjet suddenly reached up in the tree, catching a bird in his hand. The little bird struggled to get free, making a lot of noise. Shifting, his body wrapped around it, as he slowly consumed it whole. After doing so, smelling the air, he slithered back down the tree, and left the garden unnoticed, going through the flowers and flowering bushes, the closest to sound he knew being the vibrations from the garden around him.

Xei winces at the sound of the bird, but keeps her smile, she hadn't ran into many vampires, an the ones she did were always a puzzle for her to figure out, most didn't have heat beats an pulses making it heard for her to read them. "Nothing wrong with old fashioned." She chuckled, the sound light an soft.

"that's a beautiful laugh but old fashioned is a little odd with all the new things in the world i often feel a bit out dated and usually speak in a manor that is not of this age sadly though i dont remember much of my past ether so im often out of place vampires aren't always to fond of me ether because i dont have problems with other races."

She chuckles, "I've a long time an only found it once, I don't intend on finding it again for another long time." Xei had become slightly calloused since Ryth was killed, she only saw love as a weakness now, doing her best to stay away from it.

"Well i suppose you can do as you please but i do urge you to take what ive said into consideration ive ever been lucky enough to find love as well i shouldn't i cause trouble almost everywhere i go if i had someone so important to me i wouldn't be able to focus on the battles in such im in or i wold focus to much on protecting my love and get hurt or worse for them to get hurt ive been alone for as long as i can remember someone with a soul as dark as mine doesn't deserve love."
