He stalked out of the room, fuming. one hand reached up and he tousled his own hair, hiding the scars on his forehead more completely.

He went to the dining room where a lovely young lady was sitting at the table, picking disinterestedly through a tray of fruit and cheese pieces. Teoni stopped in the door way of the room looking at the dark haired beauty with the long glossy black hair, amazing dark eyes, and perfectly tailored, and expensive clothing. She saw him and sighed a bit, plucking up another peice of cheese.

"Shina," he whispered, his voice pure ice.

"Do you have any clue what this is about, kid?" she asked in a bored tone. "I have a pep rally tomorrow morning, and they need the peppiest girl on the squad to lead them. I mean really, mom and dad croaked, you're still hear, why else would they call me. If some one hasn't died and I miss the rally, some one will."

Ignoring the girls rant, still in a whisper. "She's my sister."

"Excuse me?" the girl said coldly. "Who are you to address me as such?" she asked, then she eyed her clothing. "The trash girl perhaps?"

"Why should I care about some twirp I've met twice? What, he paying you to be his body gaurd? Your life that pathetic?"

"Fine. Whatever, but the house is still half mine, so while you're here, take your fist and stuff it in your mouth."

The 'butler guy' chose that moment to enter, and bow to her. "Miss Nakano. Thank you for coming. I see you have met your brother's new... interest...."

"The girl? Yeah well, if she could do something with those split ends and use a little acne cream, she could be pretty enough. Why did you tell me I had to come home? You said it was a matter of the estate. I thought I told you to handle it."

"Of course, Miss Nakano. But you needed to be present to dismiss her from the household employ yourself."

She would feel... something . almost like an after shock, but the ground was still, like an electrical shock, with no storm. something was building, gathering. Something incomprehensible, in definable, and some how... malignant. Whatever it was... festered.

"This is why you dragged me half way around the world?" the girl asked, fury clearly building as she rose. "To take away the brats toys? I am going back to school. Deal with this. And NOTHING better interrupt me at school this month, I'm running for home coming. Are we done her?"

"Y...yes Miss Nakano," the butler stammered, pale. "Sh...shall I see you to your car?"

She stalked out of the room and the malignant whatever seemed to leave when she did.
