I'm thinking about starting and art challenge event on DA and I wanted to know what you guys thought about the idea.
Basically here's how it works, we get ten writers adn ten artists to sign up. the writers have two weeks to write a short stoy, then the artists pick a story they like from those ten and have two weeks to create a piece depicting a scene from the story they chose. Just a little challenge to help people get some practice in and for some exposure.

I used to be in a writer's guild, where we'd have a practice thread.
Basically, someone posted a picture and we'd have to write a few sentances on what the picture might be about.
So your idea is kind of the same, just the other way around. And I like collabs like that.
