Tim leaned forward and sat at the edge of his chair.
"Really. What do you mean?"
He looked intently at the assassin. He spoke finally... and him speaking was better than just sitting around and waiting on what to do next.

"You became the threat. Your Titans interfered. We remove the threat. It's that simple," Castel answered, staring at Robin as if he were looking at a bug.

Tim kicked out of his chair and the fabric of man's shirt was balled up in Tim's fists as he pulled him closer.
"Interfered, huh? That justifies for you murdering teens? Taking out kids?"
He knew he and Kon were not the youngest of the teen heroes... who else had they taken out?
"What kind of plan of yours are we 'threatening', huh?"
Tim snapped, his blue eyes lashing at the assassin. It was clear the boy was angry... and Tim wasn't sure what kind of advantage that man thought he'd gain from it.

(This is my cue I guess.)
The gravity changed around Titans Tower as a wormhole emerged. Making the sound of a boom tube, it shook the island.Coming out of the wormhole a boy identical to tk emerged.
" IT'S GOOD TO BE BACK!" a voiced echo across the island.
As dark energy looking like lightening tore up the ground around him.
(The gravity is distorted)

Castel simply stared at Tim as if he were already dead, "It doesn't matter. You're already dead, and I'm following orders."

Kai pushed Tim to the side and reached her hand into the center of the man's being. She bit her lip concentrating and almost instantly she was able to get a small hold on the man's soul. She pulled a little to no effect and began to pull harder.
"I'll show you who's dead!"
"Kai stop!"
Gar said stepping forward.
"Beastboy... He obviously threatened, Robin."
She looked at them feeling a little embarrased about how she had jumped out of line.
"I know! You were always protective of Robin but it doesn't mean you can loose control."
"It won't happen again I promise. This world is just getting to me a little."
She held his soul, she felt it pulsating in her hand. It strained to flow, and it corsed through her fingers. She pulled on it a little more to see if she could get him to say anything he would otherwise not say were he not in someone else's hands.

Castel screamed in agony. Red Cardinal began to see flashes of the assassin's life. She'd see many people that this person killed for a government agency. All of his experiences and knowledge of the agency. She'd also see the harsh conditioning and brain washing Castel experienced. This man didn't even know his real name...

Tim and Kon both stared at Kai. What was she doing? It was the closest they had so far to torture... if it wasn't already.
Kon's head jerked, his eyes reverting to the ceiling of the bunker.
"Guys, something big is going up there."

Kai released Castel leaving him gasping from his yell. She quietly listened to what she sensed from all of it. For the moment she touched his soul it made it hard to let go and when she did she felt a big relief but at the same time empty. She looked over at the others.
"He's killed many people. There are offices, I don't know where they are but they look like Government buildings. I think the government is trying to remove anyone who has powers, anyone who would apose them now, while the world and it's people are loosing order."
She pulled her hand away from Castel, at the same time the feathers on her wings became ruffled. Kai shook her head...
"I, am, not going to do that again just so you know."
She stood up and fluttered her wings a little to get her feathers to settle before she made them vanish.
Gar looked at Kai and touched her shoulder when she stood up.
"It's okay you did a good job. As for what's going on above do you hear any people Kon. Is it someone coming to help this man."
"He calls himself Castel, although I doubt that's his real name."
Kai said correcting Gar.
"Castel?"
((Because Kai who takes souls is more mellow than the normal Kai she will be a little meloncholy, a little monotoned for a little while, since she has drawn from that power.))

Suddenly, Castel lunged at Red Cardinal. Even though his hands were bound, he tried to use a pen to stab her.

Kon shook his head.
"Sounds like an electrical storm to me-"
Tim also looked up at the ceiling, but his attention focused back in the room just in time to see the man make a move. Robin acted. His knees bent and his body ducked low, his arm outstretched as he used all his might to slam Castel against the wall. Tim had pushed against the assassin's chest to do so.

Castel deliberately exhaled when he hit the wall, lessening the impact. Then, braces himself with his bound arms on Tim's back. Pushing on the Titan slightly, Castel drives several fast blows with his knee toward Tim's face.
(That's a Muay Thai move btw)

Tim's hands shot up so that his forearms crossed infront of his head. He had already taken a blow across the face before he positioned his arms so they would take the following quick attacks. He clenched his teeth, feeling the sting in more than one place.

Castel then slid his arms around the back of Tim's neck and used a grappling clinch hold to control his opponent. As soon that is acheived, Castel launches several knee strikes at slightly varying angles at Tim's abdomen.
