Alcina turned back to Stranger with a small smile. "When X makes his mind up about something, that's pretty much it. I don't seem to have that much influence over him anymore...unless I happen to turn my attention onto someone that may be a match for him. He can get jealous easily dispite his usual mood."

Alcina's smile fell a bit, and she glanced away slightly. "Honestly I can't tell what it is anymore. Love or just possessiveness." she replied. "Barely seems to care about me any other time...I get friendly with someone that could replace him and he won't let me be."

The Stranger said, "The Universe I come from has numerous people that could give him trouble. I know of at least one other from another Universe. With all that power facing off against him, his days might very well be numbered. I warned him as much."

Sholeh smirked a bit. "Yep, you hit his ego."
Alcina turned back to the Stranger. Her expression didn't change, but there was a completely different mood in her eyes. "And...whoever this being is would have interest enough to come here? What purpose would he have with X?"

Sholeh shifted a bit, recognising the look in Alcina's eyes. Oh, boy...this whole thing was going to get very ugly.
"It...it was bound to happen sooner or later. Just because none of the other planets had anyone strong enough to stand up to X...didn't mean there wasn't anyone."

Alcina glanced down at the street below a moment and thought. After a moment, she glanced up towards where Strange had gone.
Sholeh shighed a bit. "Well, I'm pretty much just a kid. He won't listen to me. Heck, if he's watching, he'll probably be mad at me as well." she said.
