He even rolled over onto his back as he continued to laugh. After a while he calmed down and rolled back over onto his stomach to look at Synthic. "Oh, I'm sorry. Were you being serious?" he said, still chuckling a little. That was when he noticed Daniel vomited black blood. "Well that ain't good." he remarked. ☆✰★ Theƒσσℓ will look at the fingertip ✩

Jessica stood up a perplexed and foreboding look on her face, "I know what has to be done and nothing either of you do can stop me. Let me speak with Jilin, he won't be pleased, and if Zen doesn't release Kir or tries to use Kir against him, Jilin would be the one to be able to release both Ren and KIr. His Loyalty to Zen right now is already questionable and I'm not going to mention any of you. If he asks I'll Just say that I have been acting as his eyes and ears again. Synthic you should take care of these two for as long as possible, before Jilin calls you to aid him, I recognize that pendant. If Zen doesn't watch it soon there will be yet another side to this war on a front he isn't prepared to fight." Jilin had used people around him before against each other it was time that Jessica did the same. She had a plan of sorts and soon Jilin would become more powerful and perhaps with his ability as a tactician, Zen could be brought down. Then again no one knew how this was going to end,

Synthic continued to ignore Durithill. She had more important issues at hand, "Yes, I was a doctor there," She answered and knelt down with Daniel to rub his back a little to try and ease the pain, "Are you okay? Has this happened before?" She asked. Then her eyes went to Jessica and she shook her head. Go to Jilin? She must be nuts.
She inspected the blood that Daniel was coughing up. Black. Then it could be pulmonary. She sighed, if he doesn't stop, this could get really bad and really fast.

In his current condition he couldn't do much anyway. Sure, he could still cast, but he dodge attacks or run after someone. Some Might Say... Natalia's bubble lost power around the entrance to the place. Magic was still in a field around her, but wasn't about to create anything without a spel. She sighed inwardly. She'd never get to the Fount now. It was as though the girl had been tossed behind a muffler- Natalia could no longer sense her. concentrating, she teleported back to the other group. Daniel stopped coughing up blood for a moment. He seemed to be out of breath at the moment too. "Yes.. this has happened before.. in my blood lies dangerous venom." He explained slowly as it was hard to grasp his breath. Yes, venom that he had ever since Zen and his minions kidnapped him long ago. Zen had in fact placed a poison in his blood.

Synthic pulled out a clean vial, "Daniel, could you try and spit some of that blood into this? I'll isolate the poison as soon as I can and make a cure for you. It's the least I can do for you," She said gently, still rubbing his back a little to ease the pain, "Why would he do that though? To make you weak so you can transition into the Angel Eclipse easier?"

Daniel gave a crooked smile to Synthic as she made him feel a bit better, even though it was hard to smile from the pain he was feeling. He then shook his head. "No.. Zen controlled the progress of the poison. With his powers, the progress of it was at his command. Now the Angel Eclipse is gone and he has no reason to keep me alive.." Daniel said as he felt another rush of blood coming up. He coughed up some blood into the vial Syntic had shown him.

"He's certainly right on the money regarding the method," Synthic said and took the vial back, "I mean, black blood? That's coming right from your lungs. It builds up like fluid and it causes you to cough it up like this. It's a painful way to go, but I think that's just his style," She said bitterly, "I need to get this analyzed right away. I might be better off going to that University that Jilin spoke of. There must be something there," She said, "But for now, I need this to settle. When it does, the poison might show itself automatically."

Daniel watched as Synthic talked about the poison and such. She had so much knowledge on this kind of stuff. "Well, there is one place where we could get a analysis and not have to enter territory like Jilin's university." But what was he saying? His life wasn't worth that much to go all around the place just to be saved. Perhaps it was he was truly starting to appreciate life.

"No, never mind. Its not that important." He said. It was kind of true. They already had a good enough doctor right here to help him. Daniel realized that he probably wouldn't be able to travel in his current state.

"I don't have the tools or equipment here to help you. Where is the place you're talking about?" Synthic asked. She needed to help Daniel. It was her duty to save lives, unlike what she did in the Academy. She needed to know that she can save lives like a normal doctor can.

Synthic was right. Even if he didn't think his life was worth so much bother. "Syam, the university town. Its a town dedicated to knowledge and research. I'm sure they have the proper equipment there." He explained. Syam was a town filled with small stores, a huge university and much more. It would have everything they would need.

Synthic sighed. Good, not the Academy. She didn't know if she could stand another moment in that horrible place, even if she lived there her whole life.
"Is it close to here? I can carry you if you can't make the distance," She said.
