The smart one who is still too stupid to realize sometimes things shouldn't be said, even if they're true, and that the over reacting character really dislikes. Still a lot of the players really love this character.
EDIT: mad d fixed the grammar, sorry about that, I though I could fit it all in one sentence. Oh well.
