Some Might Say... Archereus looked back at lily, having stopped paying attention to her. "Trust me to do what?" He asked. He had never asked them to trust him, nor had he told them any information that would make any difference should he be lying. Why did she want to trust him? ...The Saddest of Pandas

Lily looked thoughtful for a minute. Apparently, he doesn't know about them running from the Academy, and she wasn't about to tell him. "Release him," she said to Kir.

"..." The magic around Archereus faded away, including the barrier around him. The barriers around everyone else remained in place.

Some Might Say... Archereus looked at Kir one last time. He shook his head. "A dreadful, dreadful existence." He thought aloud before turning and walking away, wondering just where to go next. ...The Saddest of Pandas

Some Might Say... Durrahn slid across the field in the direction Rachel had pointed out to her. Eventually she saw shapes on the horizon. The shadow increased her speed, eventually coming close enough to speak to them. "Kir!" She called, and then after looking around, "Lily!" She barely stopped in time to prevent herself from crashing into the barrier. Kir was activated? But that meant things weren't peaceful... ...The Saddest of Pandas

"Durrahn!" Lily exclaimed, both surprised and happy to see the shadow demon. "She comes with us, too," she mumbled to Kir. Now that they had dealt with Archereus, they should go. She gave Keiri one more chance to answer her.

A barrier quickly formed around Durrahn as well. Kir moved Lily and Durrahn's barriers to merge them into his own, putting them both inside the same barrier as he. Only Altair and Keiri were undecided at that moment. Kir waited for the next command.

Some Might Say... Durrahn began to cling to Lily the second that the barrier formed around her, still very afraid to touch it. she was quite certain that shadows didn't form on magic barriers, and therefore, neither could she. After clinging to the vampire, the shadow shifted inot her kitten form and settled on the woman's shoulder. ...The Saddest of Pandas

Keiri wasnt paying attention. She shifted to a higher form, human sized. "Keiri chooses later.. Eats now." She moved and slamed into the barrier. "Ow! Bad..thing.."

"..." After a few seconds, a barrier came from the forest. Inside the barrier was a brain dead deer. Kir's magic killed it's mind instantly. The barrier with the deer corpse drifted over to Keiri and the two barriers merged, letting Keiri have access to the dead animal.
