Yes it is. And I've been abiding by the rules, except for about... twice? Anyway, those were longer ago. I've been replying with hex... And I'll stop now since no one else knows how to get it. Maybe Sain or Heather... I know those two can code and whatnot. I know a small amount from hacking FE7 and 6 in the past... And figured make the game a little interesting since most find it one-sided.
I even explained myself.

I don't know, it seems like every time I post here the score is around 10, after about 6-8 posts from the female persuasion in a row. Yes, there is definitely more girls playing at this point, or they just care more, I'm not sure.
