Not bad. Needs some more substance, though. You've got a good start, but add in a little of her personal history, maybe. What was the name of the ship she grew up on? What are her hopes for her Pilgrimage? Does she truly want to return to the Flotilla? How long has she been on the Pilgrimage? 28 is pretty old to still be on the Pilgrimage...Tali was probably quite young during the events of Mass Effect, maybe 18 or 20. It doesn't necessarily say that Quarian lifespans are similar to humans, but it could be assumed...
Anyway, food for thought.

I just read your additions, looks good, though a few things about quarians I'd like to point out if you don't mind. Nit-picky things, really.
1: I don't know what the gas cylinder is for - quarians are nitrogen-oxygen breathing lifeforms like us, it's the fact that their immune systems are barely existent due to the fact that they live on sterile, basically quarantine ships their whole lives. The suit probably relies on some kind of filtration system rather than a purified oxygen reservoir. I don't believe Tali had any sort of oxygen tank on her suit, but perhaps that's not what yours is for?
2: Quarians don't return to their birth ships - they find a different ship in the Flotilla to become part of, bringing the gift that they found on their Pilgrimage to the Captain of this new ship. It's basically a mechanism to maintain genetic diversity; if all quarians stayed on their birth ship, the risk of inbreeding would increase dramatically (plucks on banjo strings).

Don't worry, I'm working on getting Mike and Ian to post. They're a little on the delayed side. >>
