Huh. That sucks. Usually when it's hot here, it's humid. I hate living on the coast. I'm going to move somewhere one day, that's not on the coast..... Maybe Germany?

Nah, Rita doesn't seem much like a delinquent, unlike about half her class. XD I'm sure she'll be okay, since the killer was going for a Kira-esque approach of TAKINGPOTATOCHIPSANDEATINGTHEM cleansing the world of "scum".
