Mock scratched the back of his head as he grinned and said Sorry about that... Guess I got a little carried away, while trying not to go easy on you! He sheathed his katana and returned his wakizashi to its keeping place.
The Captain puffed some smoke from his pipe as he approached the place where Hishida had fallen. Offering his hand to his fellow Shinigami, in order to help him get up, Mock asked Are you feeling alright? Do you want to rest a little or do you need me to heal you?

Hishida felt empowered to have finally obtained shikai. The feeling that he had when he used it excited him. The shinigami took his captains hand and stood up. he sheathed his zanpaktou and wiped some of the dirt that had collected during there battle off his kimono. He then calmly said, don't worry, I've had worse. Then he examined his chest again and measured how much reitsu he had used up when in shikai form and said, but I probably should rest for a little bit.

I suppose you should... the Captain said, while sitting on the ground. It's been a long day for you, but also a productive one. In time, you'll definitely get the hang of using your shikai. Can't have it all in one day!
Mock crossed his legs on the grass, and cleaned his kiseru before putting it back inside his clothes. I'm going to meditate now. You can join me if you so desire Not waiting to hear a response from Hishida, Mock entered a meditation state.

Yuki slowly walked out onto the training area. Though she had had a little trouble at first adjusting to her new life, she wasquickly getting use to it. Drawing her Zanpakutou Yuki began to practice her kendōka. Though she'd been the best in life using a Shinai or Boken, the weight of a real sword threw off her balance. This meant with every strike she would kiai (or shout ) to express their fighting spirit and a fumikomi-ashi (an action similar to a stamp of the front foot).

A voice came from behind Yuki. Who are you and what are you doing here? MockaDash, the 13th Squad Captain was standing a couple of meters behind her, smoking from his kiseru as usual. His Captain haori was concealed beneath his flower-patterned one, that waved at the wind. He was also wearing his trademark kasa and scarf, along with the white hakama.

Realizing she must have interrupted someone else, Yuki turned and bowed. "I am Yuki Masayoshi Unseated new member of the 13th Division, I apologize for the noise. I was training." Rising she examined the man for a second before looking down. He seemed to be a higher rank than her so she didn't want to seem disrespectful. "How may I help you sir?"

Unseated new member of the 13th Division? Mock repeated the Shinigami's words out loud. Then you should've helped yourself instead. Have you talked to your Captain yet? Do you even know how he looks like? he asked, between puffs of tobacco smoke.

MockaDash sighed before answering. You should at least have tried his Office... But I can help you find him. A strong breeze was felt and the Captain halted his speech to inhale some smoke from the pipe.
Letting it out from his mouth and nostrils as he talked, Mock continued, as the breeze lifted his "flowered haori" and allowed a glimpse at the Captain's one beneath it. He's right in front of you. MockaDash, Captain of the 13th Division of the Gotei 13, the Divine Protectors. Pleased to make your acquaintance.
Luckily for you, I like to take my leisurely walks through the Squad premises. You must be one of the new guys joining in. I remembered signing your transfer papers a couple of days ago, but seem to have forgot your name by now.
What was it again?

Bah! Stop doing that and look me in the eyes. Mock said rather harshly. He wasn't scolding her, rather simply speaking with his deep tone of voice and straightforward speech. And why did you just sheathed your blade? It will be hard for you to parry my own using just its saya.
The Captain took a small step back and adopted a battoujutsu drawing stance. Placing his right foot in front of the left he bended his knees, slightly lowering his gravity center. His right hand was positioned in front of his body and across his chest, reaching for the tsuka of his katana and allowing it (the hand) to gently rest over it, as the left one was holding the saya and placing the sword in such an angle that would favor the act of drawing it.
Are you ready? He asked, as tobacco smoke was coming out of his nostrils. His kiseru hanging on the corner of his mouth.

"Yes I am Captain." She said taking a step back Yuki took her Shiranui-ryu Iai stance. In this stance she draws her sword with one hand, with her right knee in front and slightly bent, and with the left leg extended backward so straight that the left knee almost touched the ground. As soon as drawing she attacked in extremely low posture. However this would be the first time she'd use this technique in battle and she didn't know if it'd succeed. None the less she held her stance strong. "I'm ready when you are sir."
