the assassin took the full shot in the shin but executed a perfect flip in the air to land lightly on his feet

{Thats fine} Ashley herd a commotion and ran to signal Harper to follow her she ran to her father and saw a brawl between her father and some man she had never seen before she was very worried

the king lounged at the assassin, but the assassin was ready and dodged his attack

the assassin struck at the kings back just below his shoulder blade.
but the king was fast and rolled foward then 7 guards ran in to intercept.
Ssakuri was ready, he flipped over one of the guards and stuck his knife into his back he then turned just as a blade was thrust at him the guards blade plunged into the stabbed guard.
Ssakuri grabbed the guards hand and twisted his wrist and broke it he then pulled the blade out while ducking to aviod an incoming blade then he got the blade free and in one fluid motion cut on of the gurads legs off
he then turned and jabbed into another guard and threw him backwards he then was slashed on the arm by a misguided blade pain shot threw him but his training kept it from stopping him the he turned and thrust his sword threw the guards skull. he grabbed another sword and cleanly sliced a stomach, its contents spilling onto the blood slopped floor
he slowly turned to the last guard of the guards and run full tilt at the stiffened man

Vlad draws his blade and points it at the assassin, a bolt of lightning erupts and slams into him.

the assassins laughs as he flys through the air and manuvers through to regain stance. "Now Vlad, i have been waiting for a long time for this" Ssakuri sneered "an finally it has come." halfway through talking he shadow stepped behind Vlad and slashed at his back

Vlad turns so his armor deflects the slash, "So is it safe to assume Marie is not so friendly after all?" A hidden dart flys out from under his vambraces (forearm guards) and into SSakuri.

Ashley is frozen in horror as she watches this
When she finally comes to her senses she realizes that she hasnt seen Marie around and Ashley figures she better go find her.
Ashley runs down the hall and opens every door to every room she comes across.
She didnt know the room she was staying in and was in a rush to find her before anything more happens.
One of the rooms that Ashley opened was the room of a night
even though she knew she shouldnt she ran to the dresser and finds a couple of daggers she slipped them into her pocket just incase..
She had been taught a few years back how to defend herself and was quite good with knives so it wasnt a surprise then she slipped out of the room and began searching the rest of the castle.

"Ha! you will have to do better than that!" Ssakuri laughed he then under hand slashed at him bt before he could block it he quickly switched directions and caught the mage in the side he then jumped back to aviod his slash "ahh, so you do bleed... good..."
what happened then was totally unexected, Ssakuri liked his dagger from the blood "know you will see that i too have powers that you cannot imagine." suddenly movement appeared under his skin, Ssakuri was transforming he appeared to be a giant lizard man hunched over but still hulking compared to the stunned mage
"you see all i need is the blood of a mage to complete my power otherwise i can keep it hidden from all. now if youll exuse me i have a hunger to satisfy." then he leaped through the castle wall showering everyone in dust, when it cleared, Ssakuri was gone.

Vlad uses a healing spell to close his wound as a swarm of guards enter, "Protect the king, I must find the princess." Vlad goes off to find her.

Ssakuri sauntered through the streets, terrified people ran screaming every which way a guard stood in his way shaking to the boot Ssakuri stopped in front of him, the terrified man froze. Ssakuri smiled and walked around him the guard fainted. Ssakuri entered the center plaza, he walked up to the fountain and destoyed the statue of the goddess off and desended down into the depths of a dark cavern.
