Val grinned and watched Vlad, taking note of the names on the bottle. Raising an eyebrow he followed and watched the suds reach outward through the bath tub. Steam brought the scent high up into the air. "Your scent?" He looked up and smiled almost shyly as Vlad took his hand. His other hand reached around the coon to embrace him. "Some might argue the strength of its effect on people."

Vlad smiled at Val and tipped his head abit, placing a kiss on the nearest bit of skin. "Get out of your clothes and into the water...or you'll never make it that far..." He chuckled an let the other go. He breathed in the heavy air, the smell of the oils dacing over his skin. "This...this is the oil I normally use...you probably couldn't tell right now...but...later...you will."

"Yes..." Val said softly with a nod, pulling away from the coon. He bowed in such as a way as to suggest a curtsy with his cloak billowing about him as he turned. Each item of clothing was folded and set into a pile on the counter. Nothing was left to the imagination except what four wings covered up, and no suggestion made. Vlad was right, if Val didn't just get in the tub right now, he would never make it. Steam from the water was not the only thing beginning to color his pale cheeks.

Vlad's first impulse was to turn away as thoe ther undressed. It would be safer that way, correct? He sighed and started to turn, then his eyes caught sight of him. He let out a breath and sighed. "val..." He grinned and lookedat the pale skin and the dark feathers. He hadn't really gotten a chance to look before.

The angel paused before the tub with the ease a killer uses, pausing before the coon with a curious tilt of the head. Rising heat and humidity in the room gave his many scars more contrast than even a close inspection would normally. Only when he realized this, and moreso the fact that many of his wounds were only days old, did his expression falter, sliding back into his familiar mask. But he saw Vlad's expression and the way he looked at him. "Vlad..." he replied with a questioning lilt.

The coon swallowed his pulse and turned his head away. "you should...get in the water..." He nodded and pulled his tail infront of him, it was something to concentrate on till he was certain that other was in the tub. His heart was pounding.

Val paused for a moment watching as Vlad turned away. Smiling slightly, he took the last couple steps into the tub, a wing brushing feathers like a breeze against bare skin on Vlad's arm as he passed. He sat down, dunking his head, then watched the coon.

Vlad sighed as he heard the water move then settle. Once he was certain all was well he turned again. He looked at the pale angel in the water and smiled. "I do not envy you those wings Val..." he moved to sit on the toilet, looking at the other. There was perfection sitting in his tub...

"They do take a while to clean," Val agreed, "but to fly in return... it's more than worth any trouble it might be." He smiled and started to scrub, leaving those wings, draped over the edge, for later. After several minutes he asked without pausing at the task, "Were you going to need a bath as well?"

Vlad watched the othe rwash up, and sort of zoned out, taking in the scent of the air, mixed with the sound of the water. When the other posed his question Vlad started. "Pardon..?" He chuckled and blushed slightly. "um...yes...in abit...I figured you'd need...more room.."

Val looked up at Vlad and grinned. Nodding, he returned most of his attention to cleaning up. "Yes...well...I'll be doing my wings later, with my arm," he said softly, tapping the metal. "Polish and oiling should be done elsewhere." With that he dunked his head again before washing it. Unconsciously, as he did so his wing-ears flapped water droplets away from their feathery surfaces.

Vlad laughed and watched the others wings ears. His own ears twitched at the idea and he laughed. He moved fro mhis palce and stripped the shirt fro mhis body. "You talked me into it.." he he laughed and moved back towards the tub.

Val peeked over at Vlad and grinned as he rinsed his hair, ears shaking off at will to keep as dry as possible. It was almost as if they were attached to a bird and not an outer extension of his ear canal. Wringing out his hair, he watched Vlad approach and scooted aside before rising to his feet and holding a hand out to the coon.

Vlad laughed and took the angel's hand before stepping into the tub. He shivered abit at the warmth of the water compaired to the open air, but eventually he adjusted. He lowered his body into the large tub, still having enough room for both him and Val. "Mmm...this is much better than I thought it vould be."

Val waited until Vlad was seated before sitting back down himself, his wings flapping behind him and resting outside the tub. "What were you expecting instead?" the angel asked, fingers brushing the surface of the water idly.
