he was next to her in a flash, somewhere between curseing her for hurting herself and laghing at her enthousiasm. he had shifted back to human as he reached her and picked her off the alter. he shook his head and sat her down on the steps near the alter, still wondering if he was amused or outraged. he settled for both. " point for Mim, alright. But." he added forcefuly. " your enthousiasm for winning is causeing you pain. stay still." he reached back and picked up his case. setting the map aside, he pulled a powderd root from the case then a bandage wrap. he held the powder up to her and raised an eyebrow. " it will help with the ribs, mix it with water and drink it. the pain will leave almost imidiatly." he pulled it back a little and added. " though i would not eat anything with salt in it for about an hour after (if) you take this.. it gets uncomfterble." he watched her and, from the corner of his eye, her friend.

he droped his head forward, his shoulders shakeing with laughter. after clearing his throught he looked up again, his lips still twitching. " Mim, you cant take on the world in one night. it wont hurt, matter of fact it will fizze then tickle. no pain, no stiffnes and no horrible taste. promise." he reached back and grabed the rolded up map he had brought. " you asked for this, its detailed and shows every room in the caves, and every passageway to the hill side. the map to the castle has a few... surprise's to it." he said, thinking of the hidden passages and rooms that had been used dureing the war. he watched her silently for a moment then sighed and held it out to her. "dont let every one see this, and dont tell anyone of the passages unless they are trust worthy. thats all i ask."

he fought the urge to smile as he thought of the note he gave to Song. it was to Edward about that very subject. he cleared his throught and said almost mindlessly. " i have survived the war, this will be nothing."
he didnt realize he had said it aloud, he just continued as if he hadnt said a thing. " ah, i forgot to mention.. Bain will be in the Haven Caves. if you need assistance then ask her, though you may not recognize her.. she will be a wolf demon, almost 7 feet and furry." he smiled at the discription, Bain would kill him if she knew what he had said. he looked up at Mim and shook his head. " a friend of mine was attacked by the Black Cross, we are still looking for her. all we know is she fled as soon as the fight was over, and nether Bain nor Isa can find her." he puased, worriedly running his hand over the front of his chest pocket. he felt the harp and was comferted. he leaned forward silently and sat the powder next to a bottled water. " it will taste like what ever you are craveing. its why the root is called the pleasure sprout. it will taste like the drink you want, just more pure in taste." he looked to the side, wondering where his Comrad had hidden. he knew she was hurt, Bain reported multiple cuts and nearly a pond of blood after the attack... he sighed, tierd. this just gets better and better.. first Haven is found.. then one of the survivers comes up missing. just great..

Phantom was running down the street looking for Rin. "Rin? Rin where are you!?" Phantom had been looking everywhere for him to ask about the letter and what he knows.

She smiled. "Wouldn't you like to know?" She said with a chuckle. "Well...I remember coming to last night and feeling fur. I just...I don't konw...had a feeling it must've been you. Besides, I already knew Bain was a black wolf. Hm...I guess that made no sense." She laid back again. "I should've just said I lied to see if you'd correct me or not."

he studied her curiusly for a moment, then noded sharply and turned on his heel. he walked back into the church, adding softly as he went. " fine, but not where words can be heard and repeated. ill speak inside." he sat down on the floor casualy, but any one who was looking would see he had set himself deffensively between Mim and the new commer. he offerd her a seat. "ask. ill answer your questions if i can" he cast a glance at Mim, she knew his answers depended on how the questions where fraized.

Phantom stayed standing, she didn't want to cought off gard while she was sitting. "What is the black cross? Why are they here NOW? Do you know who is in it? can you tell me their names?" Phantom continued to look around, she didn't feel safe in a church, she never liked them.

"Nice to see you too Mimicry."

Hera flew in and landed jently on Phantom's shoulder. "Nice to see you are fine mistress, don't leave me behind again though ok."

"Sure Hera, I will remember next time I plan to leave."
