][ce Puppy O_O Band! My school is starting the marching band thing, and part of the uniform is convers. My mom doesn't believe me, but if I don't have them, I get graded down. So I have to get a note from my teacher, so my mom will take me to get a pair of convers. Which I don't have. It sooooo rules. I'm gonna see if I can get everyone to get Neon-Green convers, due to an inside joke. We get to pick what colors. ^_^ There can never been too many bands out there...Good for you!!! Our Band family can always get bigger... By convers you mean the brand of shoes? eek NO WAY!! That's like soo cool..especially if they're going to be part of your band uniform..we have...Drillmasters stare ..they're not too bad

Well I have numerous ones..only ones I do wear the most(other than my annoying work ones), are my thick flip flops that are black and have red dragons on the straps..and my converses(high tops)..those are my babies and I shall never give them away, I have friend's sigs on them and they are mine I tell you!, scream

Well, only when you dont agree with me, jk. actually I dont find you annoying at all. I'm just a person who likes to debate certain things, and it just so happens that religion is one of my favorites to debate. Well I can be, trust me..at least eventually if you really talk to me personally off to the side. I mean I'm wanting to set an example but, lately the past year..I'm just tired of holding in my emotions and depressions..I want to let them out so ppl can know who I really am and what I'm going through..problem is, it annoys and scares them off..so I have to shut up alot.. I myself have an extremely hard time showing people how I truely feel. Well I mean you should always only speak to whom you trust, that's a must, 3nodding ..I mean I can really be a pain but, when I'm not being negative then ppl can stand me more( ..and for those who already know this greatly, you have permission to smile at that..maybe laugh, o_o;; ). chaoticpuppet Ace xAngel Anywho, just..with the debating, I can understand the many-many point of views of those who don't trust or believe in religion or faith or God..etc..all I'm saying is...why not?..why not believe in something wonderful..? Sure there's work to it along the way, and ppl will persecute you, yet either way I see it, I'm willing and living..that's all I need..I realize how much I actually love and can learn from going through hardships..especially with a belief to keep me going that I am trusting more and more lately..(since I've been down the past couple of years) So that's my..2 cents on my thoughts..heh.. What makes you think I don't get the same joy out of my religion/spirituality that you get out of yours? ..well you see, since we have different beliefs, there are different feelings that result from it. I don't doubt that you receive feelings from it, it's just that there are differences that are greater or lessor than others. I mean I've recognized the positive and amazing affects from living a Christian life, and will say that I am truly blessed. I mean there are ppl who don't want to believe in something at all..just that, they can take and live as they wish here just in case there's nothing in the end..I agree with wanting to live, but under the right commands.. I simply follow what I believe, not just b/c I feel it and the need to, or was taught..but b/c it's history..Christ's birth and death and resurrection..those historical facts themselves are enough proof that one true God exists..for no man like that could've brought himself back to life as such..

Well, I have stated this before, I believe that we are 100% our genes, geneticists even have found/believe they found, a gene that greatly influences a our religious beliefs, I believe the name of that gene is VMAT2. So, I think we all get the same feeling from what we believe, when we believe in something we "feel" is true. While I will admit, that I have reason to believe that there was a jesus christ who did live and die, I have no reason to believe he is who he is believed to be. I do not find the bible as a historical fact book, and I find it entirely possible that the things certain "facts" about jesus have been entirely distorted. I find the bible as a moral guidebook, and the stories of jesus as a moral guide, no more, no less.

As for what you wish to tell others and confide in, like I've said, it's still all your choice to whom and when..in time you'll find the tiny few there are..I'm not saying anyone is fully trustworthy..for we are human, still, it's whom you wish and are willing to in life.
The Bible..I can admit that alot do see it as twisted or distorted..or at least the ideas and truths..but there have been many historians who've kept the original writings..I mean the only ppl who wrote the Bible were either the 12 disciples or other prophets..*shrugs*
I do agree it is our moral guide..it's a guide as well as history..yes there is alot not to be taken literally and whatnot. It's a book that's here, to explain of where we came from, Who created it, and the main events and teachings that have been created in that time, and shortly after Christ's death and resurrection(basically).
Yes I know other books have been written for many other beliefs as well, I know..but even through history, ppl have admitted to the fact that..there have been ppl that became upset with the Christian teachings, that they 'purposely' twisted the teachings of the Bible so that others wouldn't wish to convert or become one of the Christian church.
