Moonkit forlornly looked around so she was facing Mooneye. "No, I haven't. She's going on patrol." Moonkit knew that was no excuse, but it made her feel better to think of it like that. Looking down at the ground, she walked a few tail-lengths away from the warriors den, where a big pile of snow that she had made was sitting. "Purrrr-fect!" She purred, diving head-first into the snow, her limbs flying around wildly. Once inside, she poked a little hole in the side with her paw, so she could see outside of the large mound. Most everyone in camp were having fun and jumping in the snow. This was what it should have been like more often.

Airpaw's pile of snow fell over on top of him. He sighed and poked his head through the top and began digging his way out. "Stupid snow." He mumbled under his breath.

Owleye nodded, shaking snow out of her ear. "Yes, Pebblefoot?" She mewed, now brushing off the snow with her tail.
Crystaleye padded over to othe others, and mewed sheepishly, "Sorry. It just semed like a lot of fun!" SHe grinned. "And it was."

Airpaw pushed the snow out of the way once more and sighed. He couldn't feel his paws and he knew once he cleared the snow more would just fall and take it's place.

Dampfoot watched Silvertail pad over sadly, her own tail making an arc in the snow as it moved back and forth.
She wanted to offer something comforting, but didn't really know what to say.
Instead she turned to Crystaleye, her eyes glittering.
"You look ridiculous, covered in all that snow," She purred in bemusement, "But if you're quite done prancing around we need to go hunting."
Dampfoot rose to her paws, shaking the snow off them as she moved.
"Ready?" She murmured, not waiting for an answer before making her way out of camp.

Crystaleye grinned. "Yeah, I'me done. Let's go." She walked out of camp, snow stuck in great clumps to her long fur. Perhaps I'll see that WindClan cat...

Pebblefoot cocked her head to the side before she asked. She was trying to get her words right. She mewed slowly. "Today.... when we were out hunting... I saw a small bush..." She shook her head she wanted to laugh at her own words they sounded funny even to herself. "I know it sounds silly... it was a small bush covered in little white flowers... It just seemed familiar... something i've seen, or smelled before." She looked down at her paws thinking hard. "I was wondering if you knew..." And then it came to her. She sat back up a new twinkling in her eyes. "W-wait I think I know what it is!" She hastily got to her paws and started heading for the camp enterance. But she turned back over her shoulder, realizing that her little apiphany must have seemed very strange to the elder, Owleye. "I'll come back with it! I want to see if I'm right!" She purred, and then she bounded out of camp in search of the small bush with white flowers all over it that she had discovered earlier.

Silvertail glanced up at Rainfur before following Dampfoot and Crystaleye out of the camp. He looked impatient. Her eyes brightened just a little with amusement. She had never seen him express so much emotion in one day. And then she sighed softly as she followed the other warriors farther out of the camp. Away from her kit.

Torrentstar errupted in purring laughter as he watched the small apprentice poke his head out of the pile of snow he had just cleared. He walked over and helped paw him out of the snow before taunting good-naturedly, "Having a bit of trouble fighting with the snow Airpaw?" He purred again and cleared away the snow with a couple of pawswipes.

Rainfur caught glances with Silvertail. It was just then, he realized how foolish he must look. He was fidgeting and cold in the snow. Waiting for Sunfeather to join him at the camp entrance. He smiled lightly with embarassment and watched her leave with the other warriors.

Mooneye snorted in disbelief but said no more. Instead she snapped her head back under the cover of the Warrior's den and mumbled something about annoying queens and misbehaving, ungrateful kits under her breath, before settling down at the back of the den and closing her unseeing eyes to sleep.

Owleye followed Pebblefoot, and cocked her head. This, too, reminded her of something...oh, what was it...it was like a cat, calling from far away. She cocked her head. "You think you know, Pebblefoot?"
Crystaleye followed, her mind stuck with the WindClan cat.

Dampfoot lifted her paws high over the snow as she marched, each step forming a wet hole in the ground.
She picked up the pace slightly, struggling to trot across the slippery terrain, but happy to be out nonetheless.
She was sure the snow did her more good than harm.
Silver ears were pricked, glistening black nose held to the breeze.
The snow muffled the scents and sounds of the forest as well as making it hard to move, so Dampfoot considered herself lucky when the caught the faint scent of a scrawny mouse in the undergrowth.
She lurched into a crouch, falling stock-still and deathly silent.
The rustle of tiny pawsteps was more obvious now, and with a graceful twisting leap to the side, she landed heavily on her target.
She quickly bit down on the mouse to confirm it's demise, then swiped a little snow aside so as to bury her catch before carrying on.
