Team 4 Training grounds 7, 8 +24 exp +1 genjutsu +1 intel, +1 chk control,+1 dex K so here's how I graded it, 1 exp per 60 words +2 for lit (divided by two for yours, because I couldn't go through and pick out all of Kimiko's and all of Xen's). You don't get an exp bonus like a mission, but you make up for it in ability points and skill. +1 for ever three times a jutsu is used, or 1 if it is only used once. And than +1 for any skill used 1/3 except when only used once. You can go ahead and do Kimi if you want, I'll put in Raine when I've got time.

I had the students keep burning their chakra to build up more chakra stamina. They must hit exactly 0 to finish the training successfully. If they went into the negatives, the student would pass out and would have to be revived by their teacher and rest until their cp is recovered.
DC: Every incriment of 5 is -1Cp.
Number of Post: 54
Which page and thread? pg 16-20 Kaze's building 34 posts. otogakure outskirts..5 posts(i thought it was the village lol) pg 34. library bottom of 29 till end of 30 11 posts. oto village pg 41 3 posts. then back to pg 20 of kages office 1 post.

If he made this up himself then I can deal with it, and I'll just give him one chakra per ten posts, if not, and he got it from you, how would you grade such an odd exercise in terms of stat points? He burned out all his chakra then rested to regain it fully, before doing it again, counting each full burn out as one time. I gave him the standard, and what I thought fit all that work, but would there be a specific formula for it? neutral )
