He pouted like a kid who had his candy taken away. "Ok...upstairs we go..." He began to walk foward but stopped and scooped her into his arms. "That's better." Saber grinned and proceeded to carry her the rest of the way, slipping back into her room quietly.

silverfox_angel Po pulled Canti back up the stairs. "Come love...you wouldnt want them spying on us."
Kissing her softly, he opened her bedroom door, ushering her back inside.
"But . . . but what about Suru?! Isn't she worried at all?"

"Does she know about what happened? She wasnt here to see, so why would she have reason to worry? You know your sister needs this, just as I need you to keep me stable. I worry about Jak too...but all we can do is wait, and provide such comfort as we can find in each others company."
He picked her up and carried her to the bed, climbing in beside her to wrap heis arms around her. Kissing her softly on the cheek, he whispered, "Sleep now my love, we both need it."

"She does know," Cantique pouted, nuzzling in close to Po's chest and yawning, mutering, softly, "Fine, fine, sleep now."
She nuzzled in close enough to kiss him on the cheek, then closed her eyes and drifted off.

Suru arrived home, quickly as possible. All the lights were off in the house, so, he assumed, his sisters were asleep.He sighed softly and felt a pang at having to leave them again, but he just couldn't stay. He slipped in, as quietly as he possibly could, back to his room, and started to gather the things that he absolutely had to take with him on an immediate trip. The rest he could come back for, or send for.

Liam appeared on the doorstep for the second time in a day. He pulled the sketchbook from his pocket and swallowed hard before he gently rapped on the door. He knew it was late, but he also knew he'd hate to realize he'd lost something, even at this hour.

Suru sighed, softly, hearing the knock on the door and ran down, readying a cold rebuff for LAcuna, since she wouldn't listen. But when he opened the door, still dripping wet from the rain, he was stopped in his tracks, lost for words. It was a strange boy, a vaugely familliar one, but still, a stranger.
"Can . . . I . . . . help you?"

Said strange boy was perfectly dry, despite the rain. His piercing blue eyes slowly gazed up from the ground as he realized the door had been answered. Oh...Um. Liam offered the sketchbook and blushed. I...think this is yours, isn't it? he said, his voice soft.

Suru looked down at him, slightly blood-shot emerald eyes considering him, head tilted, sort of like a confused puppy.
"My newest chapter, thank you."
He paused, then shook his head, groggily, stepping aside,
"Come on in, let me get you somethign thot to drink, it's pretty nasty out."

Liam nodded and averted his gaze again. Thank you...But...Only if you're sure. I...Don't want to upset Ophelia, should she be awake still... he said, looking to the side. He hoped the mentioning wouldn't remind Suru of who he was, for he was almost sure the door would be shut in his face if that were to happen.

"No, they're both asleep, I think, it's still so early. Come in."
He took him by the shoulder, guiding him in, obviously not takign no for an answer. He looked down at him, as he was just an inch or so taller, and tilted his head.
"You're Liam arent you? I want to thank you for being so kind to Phelia. She doesn't realize that's what it is now, but she will someday, and be grateful. She's just pissed because you shot her through the heart."
As he studied the guy, he could definitly see how it could happen on looks alone.

Liam blushed some as the words proccessed in his mind. He let out a laugh and shook his head. But I didn't mean to make her feel like that...and...I've tried to let her know that I'm not...not interested. He wanted to tell Suru that he was actually very interested, but thought it best not to get into that mess. After all, it seemed as though he had his own problems at the time being. The knock on the door after he'd arrived startled him, and he turned sharply back to the door with wide eyes.
