If I wrote mine from the ground up it'd take me about... 3 hours. I'm just not very comfortable warping it into existence on the fly, without outside interaction. It seems a bit cheap to me to do it that way. Granted I've roleplayed with KB at airship docks in the past, but just saying he's got one through connections ( of people not even on Gaia anymore, as far as I know ) seems just as arbitrary.
As far as art is concerned I can make my own and commission more, as I doubt I'm going to get something as artistic or technical as FF12 junk. I liked the FF12 airship art and design ( mostly ) more than anything else in that game, but at the same time I definitely don't want to just rip it off. Besides, I'd want my airship to be less girly.
Maybe a bit more Sky Captain of Tomorrow.
