That's why I've never done it. I always sit at #2, write the rules, decide the policies, lay down the law, but ******** if I'm going to be held responsible for the douchebaggery of people I don't particularly care for. Like Levi People.

Vintrict Roen Jaeger Roen has no allegiance to Hades. A choice between the DeSeer matriarch and him is not a choice at all. Then that's going to be an interesting day. xd Then again, she simply needs to build up the tension more by having the opportunities balance out with those he got with the DeSeers. That way, the choice will be more weighted. We'll do that through some more rp as time goes. I'll never join you.

Yeah. I'm also plagued by peaks of interest and then long, drawn out lows of disinterest.
Like right now I'm considering a wide-reaching PMC that encompasses different styles and combative methods, so that like-styled or minded characters can form into their own squads. ( Gun characters, knights, vampires, whatever ) Then on the side of the actual combat roles that would be out there messing s**t up, have a range of things like healers ( nurses, doctors, white mages and the like ) and blacksmiths.
All and all, almost impossible to organize without a guild, but guilds are really only good for events. That and I don't want to spread things out over a bunch of threads. I'd also like it to be accessible, but mobile. I think I'd probably play it out the way the VS does, but without the douchebaggery of a closed guild.
Recruitment would basically be regulated to people seeing the members in action and being like, "Whoa cool! I totally want to be a part of that!"
