Bah, Suzume is going to have the Samurai Subclass, there's no point in her being a tamer.
If Cloud can't learn jutsu then he's going to be like Kakashi's ninken. Great trackers, can talk, can utilize what chakra he has to walk on water, and he'll be strong and fast enough to attack certain ranks of shinobi.
