Yawgmoth's arm left arm moved up slightly to shield his eyes from the brightness for a brief moment before his command of the darkness caused her own shadow to reach up and grab the light to smother it into blackness. The sound of wind from behind him caused him to think twice about the light. Turning his head around to see the boulder coming he snarled. Damn she was sneaky, it was far too close to turn around and attack physically. Damn her for making him resort to magic already. He'd been hoping to use as little effort as possible and just abuse his extreme physical prowess that was granted by his truest form to win. Arrogance was going to cost him. Deciding to counterattack and attack at the same time. Shouting with a loud demonic roar his dark aura flared and exploded outward. A purple sphere blew in an outward explosion from him in all directions. This sphere would smash into the rock and devour it and with any luck would knock her away and do some damage at best, at worst it would still force her to move.

She blocked most of the blast from hitting her face with her arms, being pushed back along the grass as if she were a statue being moved across a floor. Smiling a bit, she found this all to be rather interesting, able to find great interest in this challenge before her. Though there were still doubts in her mind about how well she may do in this challenge, but she was not ready to back down and still very much interested in seeing how this would turn out. "Interesting." she said cheerfully, smiling a bit. Sure, the attack stung, but she was still standing and ready.
Shaking it off, she held out her hand, summoning her weapon. A large staff with the far end bearing a crescent shaped blade on one end. This weapon was so large, it almost looked novelty, towering over her at nearly twice her height. If tested by Yawg, he would learn very quickly that the blade was razor sharp and the entire staff doubled as a tool to channel magic, much like a wand. This suited her well for both the idea of physical combat as well as magical. Having used this few times, she was again feeling nervous that she would make a mistake when faced with a challenge, especially one so great as Yawgmoth.
Taking it up with both hands, she moved with equal swiftness as before, nearly beside him in a matter of seconds. However, with the great length of her weapon, she did not need to be as near, and took a great swipe at him, casting across and slightly upward from her left to her right. If he were not to dodge, this would surely slice across his chest or arms. Even in this state of heightened powers and increased strength, he would likely feel a sting of this blade across his skin. If he were to grab on to the staff to stop her from making the desired contact, he would be in for a nasty shock - literally.

The Dark Titan observed the weapon and sighed a little. In the end it was only a weapon, and no weapon no matter how enchanted or sturdy had ever hurt him in this state. The durability of his obsidian skin was not something to underestimate. She should know that he thought. He made no effort to move to block anything and simply let the blade scratch across his chest. The force of the metal grinding against his skin would actually create sparks as if she were dragging it along concrete or something similar. In the end the damage would be non-existent, minimal at best. Yawgmoth tauntingly waved a finger back and forth like he were telling a child no. "You should know better than this. What made you think a metal blade would do any kind of damage when even in our calmed state we resist cuts from even enchanted blades?" he lectured.
"But if you want to play with toys, lets play." he said reaching his right hand out. A dark shape materialized within it and he clutched it grasping tight. The dark matter forming into a large double sided battle axe. The Purger, Yawgmoth's personal weapon. It held no special powers and was not enchanted but was made of a phyrexian alloy that naturally resisted magics. Its real ability though was being huge, the weight of it alone making it so enemies were first crushed by the blow and then cut. The fact that he was even able to hold it in one hand and not topple over was a show of his physical ability. He slammed the blade down towards her staff like a hammer aiming to shatter her weapon and leave her disarmed.

"Yes, please, let us play." she said with a smile. She knew this would be interesting and that they both were wanting to test each others limits and abilities. Her smile remained as she braced herself for the blow, steadying herself to handle the force. When their weapons collided, hers sliced in to the earth below, as predicted, she was unable to even come close to matching the strength and weight of this sword. However, her weapon did not bend nor break, being made of materials that were of similar fortitude as his own. With their weapons touching, she smiled, sending a charge through her staff, again using this as another distraction for her true attack.
A cold surge of magic emanated from her staff, freezing her weapon and his together, solidly attached to the ground now with the ice. The ice was fast moving and did not cease with their weapons, creeping quickly towards Yawgs hands. If he were to keep his hands on his weapon, his hands would be frozen to the weapon, if even for a moment. From this, she was drawing more energy for another attack, charging a very hot orb behind herself where it would hopefully be impossible for him to see. The cold would provide a bit of distraction as well as giving her another moment to be prepared to launch another attack against him, opposite of the cold.

Pale white eyes watched each motion. Daring not to challenge the ice he let go. While his tough skin made him have a higher burning and a lower freezing point than most other humanoids he was not willing to test that against magic ice which was usually much much colder than natural arctics. With his hands free he decided to test her reaction time. Unaware of the orb she held behind her back. Yawgmoth's hands quickly gathered the darkness around them and squeezed it into a tight purple ball. It was condensed and about the size of a softball but contained quite a bit of energy. With his full strength came greater control of his elemental mastery and thus he didn't need as much time to gather darkness for offensive assaults as he usually did.
Throwing his hand back slightly and forward again he hurled the orb in her direction just like a baseball pitch. "Fastball. Catch." he blurted out smugly as the orb speeded in her direction. Even though they were only 'sparring' off, contact with something like this was lethal as the dark magics would explode and begin to devour her flesh and bones like a potent acid. Perhaps a little over the top for just a friendly go round but he wouldnt've thrown it if he didn't think she could avoid being killed by it.

Being acutely aware of other magics, especially in situations like now when she was relying on all of her senses, she ended her gathering of heat energy and began the movement. Fire meeting darkness would be an interesting effect, especially if there would be any splash. Casting her barrier over her front, she hoped that if the fire was not enough to see the darkness disappear, her shield would give her precious second longer to ensure she was not damaged by this destructive force. Shifting her feet, she was again off like a shot, though this time in a completely different direction - up. Here she hovered in the air, looking down upon Yawgmoth and their frozen weapons. With a bit of a grin, she moved her arms, using magic, to send the frozen weapons in his direction, wondering what he may decide to do with this all as she avoided the attack for the moment, though it was entirely possible he would have control over any residual darkness from his attack.

Fire and darkness both did similar things. Fire sought to destroy matter by burning it to ash, darkness sought to destroy matter by devouring it whole. When the two elements collided their reaction would be flashy but predictable. The fire would most likely try to burn out the darkness while the darkness would try to eat the fire. Basically meaning they would cancel each other out and leave little to nothing left of each other. As expected.
Yawgmoth watched her move up and began to filter energy around him charging a certain system. Deciding to dodge and attack in the same motion he dodge the weapons by side stepping them but continued to turn his body and then lashed his right leg forward as if he were kicking at air. It was then he vanished, the air heated where he was standing. Appearing to her left in mid air the motion continued just where he left off. His kick already in motion and simply continuing that where he appeared. This trick he'd used on many opponents including Ali before. Starting an attack, cutting it off with a planeshift and appearing next to the opponent with the attack in motion. It gave little room for reaction time on the part of the opponent and held the same force as if he'd just kicked them without interrupting. Luckily she'd put her barrier up and his leg was likely to smash into it and shatter it. In his calmed state he'd been able to crush boulders with a single fist, one could only imagine what kind of damage a physical blow from a leg would do in this state.

Before she hardly knew what was happening, she caught a glimpse of what was about to come. Tensing her body for the impact, a combination of his leg hitting the shield first and having but a second to react and not be completely shattered. Crying out as she went flying across the skyline, she was able to catch herself before making contact with the ground again. It did not help her at all to smash through the top of a tree before catching herself, landing lightly on the ground. Wincing from the feeling of the pain, she did her best to shake it off, knowing she would continue to feel it for the duration.
With this being the first major pain of the fight, she would now be fighting herself for a few moments before giving in, letting her body do what it wanted to do; eyes and skin slowly changing. Forcing herself to stand, she looked across the distance to where he was. Effectively charging for her next try, she was ready to perform a move she had been practicing in battle. Timing would be essential to ensuring the perfection of this technique. Moving forward at an even greater speed that normal, sh needed to see the first moment of his reaction to anticipate his next move.

Had he been trying to kill her he would've pursued and flown after her but instead he waited. Hovering in the air just where he appeared having not moved an inch. His hands at his sides open instead of in fists watching her charge from below. As she neared his position his right hand opened its fingers wide and then snapped shut into a fist that crackled with a deep red lightning. Dropping like a ten ton brick he brought himself down to the ground and slammed his fist into the ground sending the energy stored outward. This would create a huge shock wave of violent dark energy that would expel outward in all directions including below the surface causing the ground to quake. If all went well her charge would be interrupted by the quake, and at best she'd trip and fall trying to run so fast on shaky ground and then following a trip or stumble would come the shock wave smashing into her to complete the assault.

The shock wave and energy would have cause her damage if touched, however as she saw this action coming in to play, she began the first part of her technique. With a swift jump, her feet left the ground as she seemed to launch herself towards Yawgmoth again, but she would not be seen anywhere for a few seconds. Summoning her weapon back to her, she held a steady grip on it with both hands, the weapon pointing downward.
Appearing again behind Yawg for a brief moment, she took off again, moving quickly enough that it would be difficult for him to see exactly where she went, despite having heightened senses in his current state. A moment later, he would feel her striking him from behind, though the surprise would be that the feeling of being struck came from both sides. Seeming as if there were two of her, she continued with her attack, returning nearly as quickly to attack again from the front now, then the back again. A half dozen times she would move, hitting him in different places and the same places from either side. If not to cause damage, to at least confuse him and perhaps make him feel a little strain from trying to watch her actions and retaliate against seemingly a phantom.
This was not the end of it. Readying a charge that would be the true end of this attack, an explosion of energy, aimed at Yawgmoth, would scar the earth all around him and at least send him sailing backwards if not take some real damage. Either way, she knew he would not be pleased with her. Blue eyes began to search the grounds below, using her other senses to be prepared for retaliation.

Yawgmoth stood still and actually yawned as he began her assault. She certainly had picked up speed and that was admirable he guessed, but she already forgot that his skin was going to soak up the weapon's damage? How foolish of her. He'd been about to say such a thing gathering the dark energy around him to prepare for her 'lesson' about such a thing when the final part of the attack struck him knocking him a decent distance skidding along the ground kicking the dirt up. Standing up slowly from where he landed his hands brushed the dirt off and felt something wet along his black skin. Touching it lightly he put his fingers to his lips and shook with anger. Blood. His. A deafening roar cracked the air and echoed off of the mountains and cliffs around them creating a terrifying effect. Cracking his neck to one side he bounced in place for a moment and charged her from near football field distance between them. His run speed increased to the point that it only seemed to take three shotgun sounds of the ground cracking for him to be almost on top of her again. His left arm raised and thrust down at an angle. Swinging from his upper left to lower right. She'd gone and made him angry, and he was going to ensure that before their little spar was over she paid for it.

She knew not his exact location but she knew he would be close to her very quickly. Quickly she sent another blast of fire from her, to help counter any magic attack he might be charging for her. Adjusting how her hands were positioned on the staff, she produced a shield that would send a blast of energy if touched by Yawg. This combination should be enough to prevent her from receiving fatal damage.

The Dark Titan dodged around the fire and his swinging fist came smashing down onto her shield. The force was easily fifty times greater than his previous kick that had sent her flying since he'd been holding back using his 100% form to have control over his abilities more than anything else. But enraged by bleeding he was holding nothing back any longer and since in this form all of his powers were under a very tight control he was able to pinpoint all of his dark power on a single body part, in this case, his fist. The expulsion of impact force should be enough to counteract the energy given off by the shield shattering, but the energy and the shield would serve their purpose and ensure the blow would not be lethal. Still, that didn't mean it was going to be pretty. The energy had also served another purpose, an explosion at this close range would blind Yawgmoth who was starring directly into it making his aim more of a 'swing and hope' than anything else. If she held onto the shield as he smashed it in she'd be pummeled, if she dropped it or vanished as he grew close she'd be safe, for now.

She closed her eyes also at the approach, half of not wanting to see what was coming. She cried out realizing that it was far more than what she expected, instincts carrying her quickly to safety with a pop, though not very far, just away from him. It would be clear as she fumbled to try to move that she would not be putting up as much fight as before .. if at all tonight. "I believe .. we are good to end this for today."
