Dark shrugs after noticing the team is split up.
"I'm sure they'll be able to handle anything the ghosts throw at them."
He then begins following Maddy, ignoring that they could easily use their Pokemon to escape.

Caleb sat there in the hallway, leaning his head back against the railing as Allen and Maddy had their conversation. His Mudkip licked his face. "At least you tried..." he said, recalling him to back his poke ball. After checking his TADS, he stood up and dusted himself off. Spotting Allen waving them over, he joined him.

Michael looked around and then saw that he was seperated from half the group. When Maddy said they would look upstairs he waited for the others at the top of the stairs and then followed them into the next area.

Upstairs was a long hallway that branched off into a couple empty rooms. At the end of the hallway was a large shattered window and a tree.
"I guess we could climb down the tree to get out of the house. C'mon."
Maddy started down the hallway, stepping on a loose board in the floor and causing it to make a loud creaking noise. Objects began to fly out of nearby rooms, the four Team Aqua members being bombarded by various objects like books, folded blankets, and even chairs!
Maddy casually stepped out of the way of a knife flying at her head.
"Hmmm..."
Reaching into her pocket, she let out her Alakazam.
"Send out Pokémon that can use Reflect or have hard bodies to protect us from these attacks while we make our way down the hallway." Maddy ordered her group.
She nodded at Tiresias and he let up a Reflect, objects bouncing off the psychic wall.

Dark sends out Misery and Brick. Misery sits on top of Brick's head and summons up a barrier of psychic energy. Anything that gets through the barrier just shatters or bounces off the powerful armor of the Tyranitar.
"I bet the others have it even easier than we do...."

Ace frowned at the choices. She then said while pointing at the paths, "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe..." And when she finished, the direction her finger was pointing was to the right. "Right."

The four of them made it to the end of the hallway, unscathed. Maddy carefully punched out some of the leftover glass from the shattered window so no one would cut themselves on it while climbing out and casually jumped out the window, landing on a sturdy tree branch.
"This tree is pretty strong. It can support all of us. Let's get out of here and wait for the others." She told the others. She began climbing down the tree.

After a few moments, she landed safely on the ground. They were behind the house in some sort of courtyard. It was foggy and overgrown, with thick vines littering the ground and unkempt hedges fencing them in.
"At least hedges can be cut through easily."

Allen nodded with a sigh, "Hmm..." He looked to Caleb's Chinchou, "A Pokemon's judgement is nothing to scoff at." He looked to Ace kind of apologetically before turning to the left and walking down the hallway, "I hope we all make it out of here alright." He spoke before the hallway came to an end with a door. Allen gave everyone nervous glances before slowly opening the door, thanks to the Chinchou's bright light, he could peer through to see a staircase leading down, "Looks like we head down." He walked very slowly down, never applying all of his weight on a step without testing it a few times.
Finally, they made it to the bottom of the stairs to find a dirt floor. It was actually brighter down here than he thought it would be, there was light coming in from the higher pieces of the walls. Though that really gave off a creepier vibe than a comforting one. He gave a shudder, and looked around, "Hey look, there's a another staircase, looks like a cellar door at the top!" Finally, a way out!

Suddenly the floor above them creaked and shifted in a few places, The ceiling above him creaked loudly and he had just barely enough time to get out of the way of a falling support beam.
"Everyone, quickly! Get a Pokemon that can help hold up the ceiling so we can get out!" He tossed a Pokeball, revealing his Reuniclus, "Hold up the ceiling!" The Pokemon threw it's arms up and glowed a bright blue, holding up the ceiling around them.
