"Mom" Marius called happily as he walked in and noticed his mother, it HAD been ages since the wolf had seen him at least, he now lived in the mountains, rual, secluded and noone to bother him with his medium work. The life he lead was peaceful, he loved it and amazingly enough, with the villiage near by, he had more ghosts then he thought he would have needing to be sent across but he didnt mind one bit.

Holden walked in next and looked around the estates reception room "just how I like it" he said as he started looking at the people and noticed his grandmother. "Nana!" He called as he ran by his uncle happily and wraped his arms around him and kissed his cheek "how have you and grandad been?" He asked politly as he nuzzled his grandmother.

"Mari...?" Nova said as he walked in and looked at his brother.

Marius stopped and turned and looked around ""It's a pleasure to meet you also" he said to the unicorn politely as he then looked to his brother "hey, Nova, how has motherhood been treating you?" He asked playfully as Nova let go of his sons waist and ran over and and into his arms. "Shhh" he said as he could feel his brother start to cry "its alright, im alright, I shouldnt of said anything" he said softly to his brother, stroaking his brothers hair as he tried to calm him down.

Nova said nothing, he just held his onto his brother, havng heard the news yet couldnt make it to see him, no matter what, he was terribly worried about his brother. Nova having only spoken to him he was the only one his brother told of his illness which wasnt even technically an illness, it was more forced into hypothermia by being possessed and almost being done in by it.

Nova wanted to tell their parents but he was sworn not to, he couldnt tell anyone, especially not their mother when Marius said it as his fault for getting possesed. Having him know he was pissed off with the spirit and tus came about said possesion...well it wasnt going to be good, Marius just didnt want to upset mom about telling her a ghost nearly did his son in because of what his brother said and done and he understood that but still...

Eri let his mother meet up with his brother again as he walked over to his grandmother "Hey Nana" he said as he let his brother step away and he lent in and hugged his randmother also.

Once Kim reached the door to the dining room he opened it and went out it with the angel "mind if I have one of your smokes?" He asked the angel, having forgotten his own. "I dont smoke on a regular basis I just smoke when im drinking which really is only when I come to things like this or whatever" he said as he looked over the small stream on the property.

"It looks good" he said seeing that Drake had set up a rather large marquee, some shealtered and not so shealtered seats at the side of it, tables all around and the food smelt heavenly. "Then again, when you have magic at your disposal, I guess nothing can really go wrong" he said giggling a little.

"Alright then, just wanted to make sure" he said murring happily at the nuzzling and nuzzled back, thinking today might go well after all....or so he hoped, in this family, complexity was never something a thing they were short of around here.

"As long as they it isnt pot or something, my body can handle them, my body just acts wrongly to those sorts of drugs but even I know you wouldnt go that far, smoking is one thing, drugs is something completely differnt." He said to the angel, knowing he had grown up in a gang, he understood IF the angel had tried drugs in there, but now? He couldnt see the angel as one who would take drugs no matter how s**t he was feeling.

"I have been good, the mountain air really is ALOT better then the air around here, I should of moved out as soon as I turned sixteen, Zeru, the villiage cheif has been really good to me." He said looking back and smiling at his mother before looking down at his brother whos eyes were basically screaming at him to tell their parents. "I cant" he said in a hushed whisper to his brother "it wouldnt be good, so we will leave it" he said in that same whispered tone.

Nova sighed "Marius, you have to, you cant lie to them, not when you almost...almost....well you know" he said also in a hushed whisper, using the word 'died' even in a hushed whisper he was sure their mother would hear it. Hell, as a mother himself, he could still know what his sons were saying even in a hushed whisper or even not saying anything at all, it was parental instincts, more so a mothers instincts.

"Im sorry" he whispered again "I cant, not when im fine now, the less they know about this the better."

"They dont know anything" Nova whispered again.

"Then thats how it will stay" he whispered one last time, still holding onto his brother and cuddling the wolf.

Nova sighed and just cuddled his mother back, wishing, for once, his brother wasnt like their parents, majorly stubborn.

"Well then, lets see what this is like" he said taking a smoke, the lighter and liting it up, taking a puff before exhaling it and coffing a little "wow" he said handing the smoke back to the angel. "It does pack a punch doesnt it? Though" he said taking another puff "it is good" he said exhaling the smoke "I guess it was a bit complicated as to how we broke up, what happened even after wasnt exactly good.

But still, we both have seperate lives, we both needed something good in our lives, to happen to us and we both finally have, we finally have a guy who will love us unconditionaly. I was, admitedly, worried about seeing you again as well but I only looked foward to seeing you more because of Amon, he had wanted to see you so much, he adores you greatly.

So, after talking to him, I decided that seeing you again might not be so bad after all, if anything, blame him for me even comming, he just wanted to see this guy who he had heard alot about. Knowing you could be here, well, he just wanted to see the guy who I have cared so much about ever since we basically first meet.

Dont worry, im happily mated with Vahn, I could of not asked for a more perfect mate then him, I love him greatly, and, as I said, we are even going to have children together. So your boyfriend doesnt have to worry about an ex trying to steal you away or whatever, I couldnt leave Vahn even if I was forced to, I just love him far to much" he said happily to his friend, taking another puff of the smoke.

"Uncle Connys comming" Eri spoke up "mom spoke to him this morning, Hunter will be comming also" he said letting go of his grandmother "something about how grandfather owes him fifty bucks he wishes to collect. Not that he doesnt have several million in the bank anyway which is collecting intrest still, grandfather knew what to give us for baby gifts didnt he?"

He said as he watched his brother go to the dinning room and he moved over and sat by the fire.

"There is more to that, im sure" Marius spoke up, knowing his father just didnt take fifty bucks off a member of his family without some sort of betting game involved.

Nova sighed and got up from being wraped around his brother an walked over to his mother and wrapped his arms around him "im glad their alright though, but what about Dainor? Whats he doing with himself these days and is he comming?" He asked, feeling like he hadnt seen his brothers in ages "and thats great that Shink is dating, who is it?" He askedhis mother who seemed happier then usual that a son of his was dating, like there was more to the story then just a simple 'hes dating' comment.

"And mom, I have something to tell you" he said looking up at his brother, knowing he was going to hate him for it but still, he couldnt lie to his parents, Maruis should of told them before. "Im sorry Marius but he is going to have to know, its only fair" he said with a sigh, never been one to lie to thier parents...or at least not a 'secret' like this anyway.

Marius sighed and walked over and kissed his mothers cheek and cuddled him "I didnt want to tell you because i didnt want you to be worried, im fine now, I have a little bit more of a weakened heart but im fine nonetheless. Nova is just being over dramatic and making a mountain out of a mole hill" he said looking to his brother and smiling as he nudged him a little.

"I am not! You being possed and nearly DYING because of it is NOT being over dramatic!" He said looking to his brother.

"Woah! Settle down you two, you sound like you are six years old again, now can we hear this story before both of you kill mine and your mothers ear drums?" Ly asked emerging from the library with everyone and they all going their seperate ways.

"Daddy!" Nova said running to him and wrapping his arms around him "how have you been!?" He asked nuzzling him happily.

"Im good" he said cuddling his son and nuzzling him, kissing his temple before letting go and walking over to Eri "hello to you to sweetheart" he said as he kissed the top of his head.

"Hi grandad" he said looking up from his book and smiling at him before returning to his book.

"Now THATS what I forgot! Gifts! I knew I forgot something today when I left the mountains" Marius said, turning around to the chuckle "Hey bro, how ya been?" He asked sincerly "Oh well there is always later" he said, knowing him he would probably forget though, as he looked at his brother and grinned. "Well, whats life without taking a few risks and giving our parents a few heart attacks?" He said to his brother as he sat down on a chair near by.

Nova grinned at his brother "so THATS why mothers so much more happier then he was with mine and Connys mates, you weasled your way deeper into his good books by falling in love with Akash's son." He said to his brother playfully, teasing him a little "though, its good to hear your dating, I wish you all the best" he said to his brother sincerly.

Ly looked at his son in shock "my son, he ctually can MAKE things with his own two hands?" He asked teasingly, partlty in shock, having never seen Shink take any intrest in crafts of any kind so he thought he just wasnt one of those kinds of people that didnt...like him.

Marius sighed "it isnt anything major anyway, I just was meant to send this ghost to the other side, he didnt want to go even after he had finished his business and having a bad day I got pissed off at him. He decided he didnt like my tone, decided to get back at me and possessed me, it had been snowing earlier that day so the ground was thick with snow.

He dragged me out into it, took me over to a small mountain forrest o sorts and made me get lost in it, to the point even I wouldnt find myself a way out even though I know those woods like the back of my hand. I ended up, as planned, getting lost, it had started to snow again and as soon as he had exited my body he was happy to go to the other side.

Though, with no coat or anything I was looking for the way out, i was saturated, cold and there was nowhere for me to rest, or at least nowhere remotely suitable, and I ended up collapsing to the ground. Almost five days had come and I was finally found by the villiage cheif, they never go into the wood because there is a tale about them being haunted or something, never was really interested in superstious stories so I never cared and said I would live on the out skirts of the forest and take care of the matters within.

Anyway, the villiages finally found me near dead with hypothemria and took me back to the villiage and cared for me, I actually passed away for a few minutes before they could revive me again. After being checked out by the shaman there, he did full tests of sorts and what not and helped me back to my feet though my heart has weakened a bit because of it.

See, its nothing, im fine, Nova, while he was being sweet, was going on abou nothing, I wouldnt be here if it was anything" he said to his mother and father, waiting for Nova to speak up.

"It wsnt nothing!" Nova said, how am I meant to tell mom and dad one of their sons died? You care to only call me, I am your 'next of kin' so to speak so I would have to talk to he villiage Cheif and then tell mom and dad. Do you know how horrible that is just knowing you would of died and THEN telling mom and dad on top of it!?" He said starting to cry again.

Marius sighed and wrapped his arms around his brother and nuzzled him "but I didnt die! I know my own strengths, growing up in this house hold you have to have a thick skin. Have you seen half the anthros out in the guest house at least!? They are sweet guys but god, one wrong move and several of them would kill you in a heart beat with no regrets.

Thanks to growing up here, I know how to handle myself, I can fight, I wasnt going to let Hypothermia kill me off when I finished fighting with a an armed murderer in the villiage two weeks prior." He said to his brother, understanding he was concerned but still, was there such a thing as being TOO concerned?

Nova said nothing and cuddled his brother, now worried wether or not his brother should even be UP there, a murderer? He could of been KILLED himself! Since when did he become mountain village cop? He didnt want to lose a brother....

"Ahh, herbal ciggerets or something like them?, My friend has started to smoke them, they are meant to be helpful to those trying to kick the habbit of smoking or something, he picks them up from a health store in town." He said taking another puff "yes, I am" he said happily, now grinning "Vahn is the one who is pregnant though obviously, we have four little ones on the way.

He has been the greatest mate I could of ever asked for, he sympathised with me, gave me a shoulder to cry on, cared for me and took me in when I was sure no other person would after what happened to me. Well besides you of course, I will always love you for what you helped me through but Vahn, a perfect stranger, he was just a total god send" he said as he reached the guest house and smiled at the five drakes wandering about, making sure everything was perfect.

"But anyway, he said he would have them so I am now just dying to see what they are like, I am terribly curious and terrible at waiting so this is torture" he said chuckling as he took another puff and offered the bottle to the angel.

"Not really, ever thought of asking Akash or somene to guy things for you? Besides which, you arnt exactly a hermit anymore, a hermit is a person who wants to live with noone. Now you have an adopted son, whom I would love to meet one day, and a mate, I think it is a little bit hard for you to be called a hermit anymore" he teased his son as he walked over o him and cuddled him "im glad your happy though" he said as he kissed his sons head.

"And Marius, lets not try and kill ourselves in future, didnt your mother teach you anything about being a medium? Surely you remember his teachings" he said looking to his other son, pleased he was alright.

"I know, i know, im sorry, I screwed up majorly, but when you are dealing with a spirit of that sort without realising, you dont tend to rmember what your teacher taught you. All you just try and think of ways to get out of said possesion" he said looking at his mother "im sorry mom" he said sincerly to the wolf "I guess I may need a little more teaching after all" he said to him with a soft sigh.

"Well no, he didnt, but im pleased your ok, I dont think I would of been able to stand anything happening to you, but you did get a mate out of it and an adorable little boy out of it. I hope to meet him some time, if you dont mind, I would love to meet the cutie, congrats to on finding someone you love" he said sitting down in a near by chair.

Drake looked over at the two of them "excuse me, can I get you anything?" He asked the others

Apparently Drake had cloned himself to play waiter to? Cool! He loved when the dragon could break himself into clones and still have enough power in each clone as the real Drake had. Kim looked at Drake and then at Sabin "anything you would like to eat?" He asked as he finished his smoke and put it out.

"I will take a peice of that mint slice please, I know I should wait but meh, I feel like something sweet" he said as he looked at Sabin "anything for you, Sabin?" He asked smiling at the other.

Drake nodded and walked off, picking up a couple of plates and placing a slice on each of them and then took them back to the table between Kim and Sabin and placed the plates down on them. "There you go, enjoy and if you have anything else you need, please dont be hesitant to ask" he said smiling at them both and walking off.

"Thanks Drake" he said as he picked up his plate and took a bite and savored it "mmm" he said after a few moments "Kuri makes the BEST food" he said to the angel, having eaten alot when he used to live here.

Marius murred at his mothers kiss "thank you Mom, a part of me just wishes I had your experience already" he said as he let go of Nova and smiled at his mother. "I know, it takes time, I guess im just a little impatient, I learnt alot from you already but smethings I still need to learn, like not being pissed off at spirits, would help up there." he said with a soft sigh.

Ly wrapped his arms around his son and cuddled him "thank you, I understand also, I can handle shy, Conny wasnt exactly the most out going of kids when he was younger. But, take your time, I dont mind waiting, no use scaring the poor thing when hes this young" he said kissing his sons temple "im glad your ding well though, need to come home more often, even if it is just to see your mother, he misses you, I do to" he said nuzzling his son.

Nova smiled at his brother "your welcome, I just demand photos of your adopted son, need to let my mate know hes got an adopted nephew running around here" he said giggling softly.

Moments later a snow leopard, about a year old, came running into the house and stopped next to Maruis and tugged on his coat and made a few noraml snow leopard noises and then stopped.

Marius knelt down on the ground and patted it, gently giving it a cuddle "is that right? Was there anything else?" He asked kissing the leopard on the top of her head.

Nevada made a few more noises and then laid down and liked at Maruis' hand.

Marius sighed "there is a ghost back home making problems, it isnt anythin major, just a ghost that likes to play jokes, it can stay there till I go home, it seems to be the same child who has been terrorising the place before. His work here isnt done but he would rather play then do it so I cant send him back, he only is a boy of the age of about four or five, six at most.

But as I said, he is harmless, he just wants to have fun, annoys the villiagers but thats about as much as he does and even then they arnt THAT annoyed with him. I guess someone finally had enough and wants him gone, would never have sent Nevada other wise" he said as he looked back down at the leopard "you want to stay for the day here? free food is to be had by all" He asked the leopard as he patted its head.

Nevada licked his hand in answer, obviously deciding to stay where free food was, was a good idea.

Marius giggled "well then, I guess thats a yes" he said as he got up and looked down at his friend once more before looking at his brother "yes, I can talk to animals, a talent I picked up after living in the mountains for the first few weeks. "Everyone, this is Nevada, a snow leopard from home, she is friendly, I saved her when she was a baby, her parents were killed by poachers, didnt want her as she was to young so they were going to kill her and sell her fur.

I couldnt get her parents back but I could save her so I did, she has been with me ever since, you could say she is my companion, she and I havent been apart since, well untill today but I couldnt really bring her so I left her home. That was untill she was sent here anyway, she is very smart, she has followed me before when I had to come down and get something from the store.

Anyway, Nevada, this is my family, the ones who I have told you so much about.

Nevada got up and made a few more noises and then bowed at the others in way of being polite and saying hello.

Marius blushed a little "yes, the family who I sometimes cry for, sue me girl, not my fault I miss my family at times, I am hundreds of miles away, I miss them" he said blushing a little as he knelt down and patted the leopard some more..

Nevada licked Marius' hand, letting him know she understood and was just teasing.

"Woah" Nova said as he knelt down and patted the leopard "mom, dad, why couldnt we have a pet lik this when we were little!?" he asked as he scratched the leopard behind the ear gently.

"Because, it isnt a normal pet for a child and where we were meant to pick one up from? They arnt exactly sold at pet shops, especially not domesticated ones, did you want your hand bitten off?" He said chuckling a little.

"Bah, screw your logic" he said chuckling a little "she is beautiful, she would of made for an awsome pet" he said patting her head.

"She is" Marius said "adores attention to" he said as he snuggled down beside her, having loved sleeping beside her for ages now.

"Well at least your eating rather well then, I guess Vahn and I should go out some time, Amon gave us a terrible amount of money and even in a seprate bank account he made it so that the staff around home get paid from that. So, in other words, we can use what we want to spend out money on whatever we want and 450K is alot, so we havent been touching it, just letting it build up.

Amon has been good to Vahn and I, hes brought up an old victorian mansion, a stable with eight horses, several acres of land, our own converables, he says its a 'small thank you for what Vahn and I have done for him.' Im all for getting a small thank you but thats flowers or something, not your own mansion, with horses, an old carraige house, several acres and servents with money and everything.

But it is sweet, Vahn and I start moving our stuff in tommorow, I cant wait to spend our first night there, especially now that we have children on the way, it will be great to bring the kids up in. Maybe you could come around and see it some time, I would love to have your company again, Thios to if you wish to bring him, I can get the cooks to make dinner for us."

He said to th angel taking another bite, knowing it would be a little awkward going to your exs? With your new partner but still, ignore that and they were still friends wernt they?

"Awww I will have to come see the deer, if Akash doesnt mind of course, always did love deer" he said patting the snow leopard still.

Nevada licked at Noahs hand a couple of times before licking Shinks, purring at the attention.

"Wait till you settle down a bit more sweetheart" he said to Shink "get yourself into a routine and you may just be able to take care of a pet" he suggested to his son, crouching down also to pat the leopard.

"So what? You arnt even allowed to have friends now?" He asked the angel "since when did going around to a friends house for dinner mean that he wanted to sleep with you or something ridiculas like that?" He asked him, wondering if the guy he was with was really worth the angels time after all.

Ly chuckled "alright, wait till the house is finished and you get yourself into a routine then" he said as he picked up the snow leopards paw up and patted it in his hand.

"I may be a wolf dear brother brother but im no animal, why would I want to eat deer when I could easily go down to McDonalds for a big mac or got to a stake house? Belive me, the deer will be perfectly fine with me." Maruis said smiling at his brother, teasing him more then anything as he nuzzled the snow leopard, acting as if his brother was talking about him.

"Seriously though this cutie is picky with what she eats and I mean REALLY picky, I have offered her deer meet before and shes turned her nose up at it, the same with mice and gizelle meet. The only meat she will basically eat is markhor, bobak, tahr and marmots, other then them, she isnt interested, luckily I have the money to import such meat, if i didnt she would be going hungry" he said as he looked at her.

"You cost a fortune to eat, you know that?" He said chuckling at his friend.

Nevada made a few noises before licking his nose.

"Yes, you know I cant get rid of you, you are far to cute, would miss you to much" he said sitting down beside her and folded his legs.
