Ashura froze then cast the sppel to mark her fully, reciting the words radpily then slashed at her.

Rai braced as she wait for the mark to hit her. She hoped what she had planned worked and if it did that it could be controlled. Now Rai had known that it hurt to get the mark, but she hadn't realized how much as it hit her in the upper right chest. Fighting back the nauseating pain Rai lunged forward to hit Ashura as she laced her hands with holy.

Ashura jumped back and then lashed out with a right hook at her."Down girl!" he shouted as the holy energy hit him.

Rai again let him hit her, rolling away from as the mark flared painfully. She lay there a little until the stars cleared from her vision and she got up on one knee. "Pain, pain, sweet wonderful pain," she mumbled as she stood up on shaky legs again.
