Valzar listened intently, making little notes now and then of which ideas sounded particularly difficult or what theories could play into his own work.

Valzar held up his hoof, a tiny black/violet flame coming to life in it. "This usually works well. You know it's a really good shield it the flames go out."

Valzar set the flame on the ground where it remained glowing brightly, "Which do you think would work the best?"

He shrugged "Thats ok... I like learning about any magic" He fidgeted a moment "Do.. you think you could teach me how to cook a little? I mean you don't have to.. that might take up too much time so its ok... forget I asked..." He hurriedly looked back down at his book, biting his lip
