"I think you can stop worrying." She opened her eyes again and stared at the blurry ceiling, which was about the only place she could look without trying to move. "I might be thirsty...but I can't remember if...if I should drink anything. Or not."

He turned back around to face them. "Well, your stomach and intestinal walls are all patched up. Shouldn't be a problem." He moved to the door. "I'll be right back." He opened the door and stepped outside quickly, minimizing the level of light that shown through, and made his way into the kitchen. He moved down towards the kitchen.

Reeve moves to the side of the bed, near Nyl's head. He smiles down at her, relief on his features. "Thought my heart was gonna stop beating out there..."

Nyl frowned slightly, blinking fast to try to clear her vision. "Reeve, you...your eyes?"
Something about what he'd said...was familiar. Importantly familiar. Like she'd heard it before...but she didn't know where.

Seph returned a few moments later, carrying a mug in one hand and a bottle in the other. "Back." He handed the mug to Reeve, for it held tea. He opened the bottle and took a seat.

Reeve takes a grateful sip, smelling the tea appreciatively. "They did, but not anymore. Like always..I was trying to protect someone and I got careless."

He nodded to Reeve, then looked back to Nyl, standing. He lifted her head just slightly. "Here." He said, tilting the bottle and pouring some water into her mouth.

Nyl didn't even have the energy to be indignant about not being able to do this herself. She drank as much as she could, then looked back at Reeve.
"...And no one here knows how to fix that?"
