Yes. That is why I have one. Apparently.
What can your airship do? x3

themightyjello Melodramatic Melancholy All this talk of airships made me think of Code Geass, for some reason. The Code Geass airships were like... indescribably broken or something. I seem to recall invincible, un-passable shields and cannons that could take out thousands in a 181* degree arc. Get it right! The extra degree is useful versus evading ninjas.

Samayou Tamashii {{What comic book is that from Jello?}} There's still someone that has to ask? Battle Pope. @ MM: My airship? None of that. It's a low-tech passenger blimp with a few guns on the side for defense.

Oscar would have loved Emond.
Of the same mind, even if the terminology differs.

Ah. Then that is where our airships differ in power, it seems.
...
Also, yours actually exists within the context of roleplay.

Melodramatic Melancholy Also, yours actually exists within the context of roleplay. Yup. Quite often actually, considering how few situations really call for an airship that don't involve another airship.

@TMJ:
That makes sense, I suppose. Airships do travel in packs, after all.
Or in pods, or something. Like dolphins.

Depends on if you're referring to steampunk as in 'clockwork and coal' or if you're referring to steampunk as 'magic and crap with steam-powered machinery'.
Because magic is magic is magic regardless of what you attach it to.

Clockwork and coal. Though technically if it's completely running on, say, clockwork then that would be Cogpunk rather then Steampunk.. though they are for the most part the same, just different workings. Anyways, to me Steampunk would be any sort of advanced science or such themes in the Victorian era or style.
But yes. An actual steam engine propelling a zepplin or airship rather then "Look at my technomagic!".

Artistic Explosion Steampunk Airship > Any other Airship.
Because well.. Steampunk rocks. Agreed? Agreed. *Solid nod.* pelenar o.o Um.. No. That's not it at all infact. You couldn't be more wrong. Scientologists hear your ideas and say "How dumb do you have to be to believe that?" You're as wrong as slavery. You're as wrong as anyone who thinks AIDs is a form of punishment from above. You took off your top and got killed by greg kener. The list of people less wrong than you would be taller than the empire state building twice over. The paper it would take to make said list would take all the world's trees, past present and future. You piss incorect.
And that's all I gots to say about that.
