Decency...? Oh, yes! Please forgive me for not introducing myself properly, but there is an emergency. Forgive me if you are new here, I will explain later. But right now there is a woman down that hall who is very ill, I must attend to her. :::Cora finally bolts to the bar and grabs a glass:::

*Van der Mullen stares at the woman, totally perplexed. Despite the fact that she's dressed like a common whore, Cora is one of the most beautiful women he's ever seen. Her lack of decorum suits the sort of common riff-raff he'd never brush elbows with, and yet... she spoke to him politely, apologizing for her rudeness, and offering explanation. Had this woman been roused from her bed chamber to attend to this emergency, without even time to dress. It bespoke true integrity on her part, if such was the case. She suddenly reminded him very much of...*
Yes... well... it's more than understandable... in an emergency... of course it is. If there is anything Dr. Johannes Van der Mullen might do to help you, he is at your disposal, Miss....?

Miss Serenis then. *Van der Mullen doesn't have any idea who this Maggie person is, or what she means by "of a time more relevant.." but his instinct is to help this woman however he might*

What the devil are you thinking? She's quite young enough to be your daughter! It's entirely inappropriate!
Clearly the woman is trying to seduce me. Dressed as she is, what other purpose could there be? And that Bard fellow, consorting with such women! And his hair. No doubt an actor. Or a homosexual. But I repeat myself...
*He sits down in a huff. He can't get the image of Cora out of his mind. Fishing in his vest pocket, he produces a small gold pocket watch. He opens it, reading the inscription carefully, over and over, until he calms down*

*Van der Mullen is in a state of near meditation, focused on the watch. When Cora speaks he starts, snapping the watch lid shut and stuffing it quickly back into his pocket. He turns and frowns at Cora.*

A young man, who appears to be about 19 years old appears in a chair. His clothes are simple, straight cuts, bland colors. His hair is blonde and his eyes are blue, and he's relatively fair skinned. He would be considered hadsome. He's in the middle of a sentence, his voice sounds as though it belongs to an older person
"No, thank you, you really don't have to-"
He cuts himself off when he realizes that he's not in his normal surroundings. He stands slowly, and looks around, he obviously cannot believe his eyes. He stays still for quite a while.
