"And just how does he know we're here? Was I right to assume he just has all our holocasters tagged or something?"

Ace frowned at the mere virtual image of Lysandre. If only he's was actually there, she would sure to fist fight him. Or at the very least beat him in a pokemon battle. She kicked the dirt before shaken her head. She glanced at Allen who was busy with his teleportation sickness. With a brief moment of hesitation, she awkwardly pat him on the back, for comfort. "You'll eventually get used to it."

Maddy sighed.
"He probably picked us up because we are so close to Lumiose. His company is stationed here, after all."
They left the city through one of the gates and stepped onto Route 14. Maddy brought up a list of available Pokémon in this area.
"If you guys want, there's quite a few Pokémon available to catch here."
She sent them all the list on their TADS. The list comprised of: Weepinbell, Haunter, Quagsire, Skorupi, Carnivine, Karrablast, Shelmet, and Goomy in the grass. Stunfisk can be stepped on in puddles. Poliwag, Poliwhirl, Barboach, and Whiscash can be fished.
"I'm not interested in catching anything, but I'm okay with waiting if anyone else does."

Rose wandered into the grass, accompanied by her Persian, and told Persian to be watchful for any wild Pokemon. It wasn't long before Persian used Pay Day (+250 PD) to announce the location of a Goomy. Spotting the Pokemon, surrounded by coins, Rose pointed "Play Rough" she ordered.
Persian leapt to action, using the super-effective fairy attack and knocking the goomy around so that it was dazed when Rose threw a Pokeball at it, which soonafter succeeded at capturing it.

Caleb looked at the list and figured he might as well catch another addition to his team. He started his search, but it stopped almost abruptly when he spotted what looked like a moving jello mold wading through the water. Or was it just being carried by the current? He couldn't be too sure.
The jello mold suddenly stopped and looked at him. Wait looked at him? Caleb stared in disbelief as it suddenly opened the mouth it had and grinned.
"Yeeeeah. That's just weird..." Caleb muttered. He sent out his Mudkip. "Tackle that thing..." he ordered. The Mudkip happily obliged by doing so.
After weakening it, Caleb took a ball from his bag and tossed it at the jello mold. He picked it up and dried it off after the poke ball locked shut.

"I'll hang back. I've got more than enough." He stands beside Maddy. "I'm here to just hang out." He shrugs.

Instead of moving out to catch a Pokemon, Allen stuck toward the dryer, less grassy areas. He didn't mind sticking out of the habitats anyway, he was still feeling a little woozy from the teleport, it wasn't too bad, but he'd feel better if his Pokemon weren't on the line at the moment.

Rei looked down at his feet. Something was grabbing onto his boots. He shook his left foot in an attempt to untangle it from the vines wrapped around his ankle, with no success. The vines suddenly tightened, and Rei was flipped into the air.
"Augh! Weepinbell! I swear, this place is - oof - horrible," he complained, recognizing his enemy as he fell to the ground. The yellow pitcher plant swung from a tree to the ground, preparing itself for battle. Rei responded in kind, tossing out his Gible.
"Menart, Dragon Rage. Keep doing that until he's weak." The Gible obliged, and spat out a vortex from its mouth. The Weepinbell winced in pain and spat out its venomous contents from within, the poison splattering everywhere. Rei looked down at his cloak. The acid was tearing holes through the weather-beaten cloth. He shook his cloak and looked up to see his Gible blasting another Dragon Rage at the opponent, while failing to avoid another Acid attack. The Weepinbell looked tired enough for capture. He pulled out a Poké Ball and hoped for the best.
In three clicks, it was captured. Rei sighed in relief. That battle could have been much worse.

Once everybody was done battling or waiting around, Maddy lead them onwards to the haunted shack. It was less of a shack and more like a large house.
"I wonder what we'll find in here..." She said, pushing the door open, the hinges whining shrilly in protest.
A rush of wind burst out of the house, accompanied by some odd creaking sounds and quieter, muffled noises that could be mistaken for somebody talking.
"Is... someone already in here?"
Maddy stepped inside the building into a large lobby. A staircase rose up on either side of them, and a large, dusty chandelier hung from the ceiling. Water dripped from some exposed pipes up above, and the room was dimly lit by a few candles that were close to burning out.
"Charming... Everyone look around. Make sure Team Flare hasn't magically set some traps for us."

Caleb rejoined the group and followed their leader inside. He flinched a bit from the sound of the door. Not because it had surprised him, but just the sound in general. He looked around, taken aback by size of the building. It seemed bigger than he remembered but shrugged that off. Hearing the order to search for traps, Caleb glanced around again. "That shouldn't be to difficult..." he muttered.

Dark looks around after lifting his glasses up with a finger. His orange eyes glide around the room. Nothing sticks out as suspicious.
"Seems fine to me." He says with confidence as he walks in. "Probably some ghost Pokemon."

Michael followed the others and soon they arrived at the haunted house. When told to look around he headed up the stairs and looked for anything out of place.
